The Mixed Economy Company Austrogas completely redesigned the cylinder maintenance workshop that it had previously, for which they made a large investment that must get to the maximum potential, in a way that generates great benefits for the company. The following project Production plan of cylinder maintenance workshop of the mixed economy company Austrogas will be considered as first in this area, since they have been making records, analysis and planning itself, without no theoretical bases; It also aims to design the path to follow in the production process, focusing on continuous improvement and generation of greater results. To start with the development of this integrative project, as primary information, a survey was carried out in the MEC Austrogas with interviews and databases, on the other hand, secondary information, with books and articles, both physical and digital. Through the investigation, it was possible to diagnose the presence of information and tacit knowledge, which, through the different formats and proposed tables, could be processed and converted into explicit information, which will allow to have accurate and timely information.
