The elaboration of the model was generated through interviews with experts in the field of health with which were obtained different variables grouping, where, were obtained 6 dimensions (accessibility, safety, reliability, empathy, capacity of response and Tangible elements) with 33 items that were validated by means of surveys and subsequently weighted under expert and user criteria. The results show that the users stress two dimensions in the public health service which are the "Accessibility" with a percentage (31%) followed by the "Security" (27%) , in addition in the establishments evaluated with the new model is showed a level of satisfaction of satisfied very satisfied by users, it is also worth mentioning that the Establishments evaluated showed two dimensions that the health system should improve that are the: Capacity of response and accessibility, without leaving to one side the other dimensionsItem Estudio bromatológico del erythrina umbrosa H.B.K. Facultad de Ciencias Químicas, 2026-02-20) Fárez Plasencia, Jhon Walter; Espinoza Hernández, Paulina RebecaThe growing non-metallic mineral processing industry dedicated to the production of cat litter faces significant occupational health challenges due to the physical demands inherent in its production processes. This study assessed ergonomic risks in the packaging area with the objective of identifying biomechanical factors associated with musculoskeletal disorders and proposing an improvement plan aligned with ISO 45001:2018. A cross-sectional descriptive design was conducted involving a population of 20 workers, of whom 18 were evaluated. Validated assessment tools were applied for risk identification and analysis: the Revised NIOSH Lifting Equation for manual material handling; the OCRA Checklist for repetitive upper- limb movements; the REBA method for forced postures; and the MultiGEI model, considering job rotation conditions. The prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms was determined using the Standardized Nordic Questionnaire. Results revealed a very high risk associated with manual handling of loads up to 30 kg, with a Lifting Index (LI) of 2.01 and a global MultiGEI index of 23.6, classified as critical. Additionally, the automated workstation presented a considerable risk due to repetitiveness (OCRA = 16.5). Low back pain was reported by 94.4% of workers and shoulder pain by 77.8%. Task rotation was found to be insufficient, and the implementation of mechanical aids, ergonomic workstation redesign, and structured active breaks is recommended to mitigate risk and strengthen preventive management within the occupational health and safety system.Item Identificación y prevención de riesgos en los puestos de trabajo en la Empresa de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado EMAPAT-EP(2013) Verdugo Pillaga, Pablo Andrés; Coello Pons, ElianaThe Human factor is essential and the need for safety is primary in any working system to be developed, the knowledge workers have about the risks caused by working conditions is a key factor, so identification of risks is necessary to evaluate them and take corrective action to reduce or eliminate them. This study proposes a model for analyzing and evaluating the risks of the drinking water plant and sewer system of EMAPAT-EP of El Tambo city, from information collected from different working areas, in order to present a quantified matrix that allows as to provide information on existing risks in each section of the plant, serving as a model for decision making by administrative leadership on investments in security.
