Exploración de las actitudes de los residentes hacia el turismo de base comunitaria en la parroquia Cochapata cantón Nabón, Ecuador

Community-based tourism represents an opportunity to establish sustainability mechanisms for everyone´s benefit from the social, economic and environmental aspects. With this background, this study proposed as its main objective: To explore the attitudes of residents towards community-based tourism in the Cochapata parish of the Nabón canton, Ecuador year 2023. The study was exploratory of qualitative type; semi-structured interviews were applied to residents and workers of the GAD of Cochapata selected from a convenience sampling. The results around the attitudes that residents have about community tourism is positive from the social point of view because they consider that community ties have been established between them; however, they also perceive that there is no alliance between the community and the parish government. It is concluded that around community tourism predominate social attitudes, however there are weaknesses around the economic and environmental ones. Keywords: attitudes. environmental. social. Análisis de la importancia del servicio al cliente en el Museo Pumapungo

Through this study we have been able to determine how important customer service is at the Pumapungo Museum, since it has been shown that due to deficiencies such as: the lack of interest shown by the staff for visitors, an interrogant that in the survey conducted, reflected dissatisfaction on the part of visitors, thus yielding a result of 43.3% of those who are dissatisfied with this situation. Secondly, aspects such as: the communication used to address tourists, or shortcomings in terms of accessibility, are comments found in the museum book that cause havoc with visitors, affecting the image of the museum and in turn causing a bad experience, which in time becomes negative publicity for the place. In order to alleviate these deficiencies, some strategies have been proposed to help change or improve the reception area, create a response system for complaints and claims, train staff, among others. Posibilidades de implementación de agroturismo en la comunidad de Sisid de la parroquia Ingapirca, provincia de Cañar

This research work deals with the agrotourism experiences in the province of Cañar, in order to determine the feasibility of implementing a Project in agrotourism in the Community of Sisid Anejo, which belongs to the parish Ingapirca in the province of Cañar. Through interviews and focus groups with the leaders and members of the community, respectively, it was possible to determine that the community counts on enough natural and cultural resources, in addition to a community infrastructure as to propose a project on agrotourism in the community of Sisid Anejo. The proposal aims to reinforce the local economy through the development of tourist activities in accordance with the environment, keeping in mind the conservation and preservation of the living culture of its inhabitants.
Análisis del nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios de la ruta recreativa en la ciudad de Cuenca

In this academic essay will be performed an analysis of the satisfaction level of the users of the project "Ruta Recreativa", which will allow to identify clearly and precisely the features, strengths and weaknesses of the route, and also shows the perception of the users about the services offered in the route, using the quantitative method, preparing and conducting surveys to the different users of the route. To develop the essay in the first section is presented a SWOT, an analysis of the main characteristics of the Recreation Path, followed by the second section where the actual number of users and the main perceptions or views are identified, after analyzing the problems in the route the section three offers possible solutions to achieve a better performance and handling of the recreational route and for the benefit of its members.
Propuesta de ruta turística en la parroquia Chiquintad, provincia del Azuay

The present economic interest for tourism leads to a growth process in an unbalanced way, in which many cases don’t respect the environment. This essay has the aim to maximise the tourist resources in the parish of Chiquintad, for which is necessary to depend on a tourist route that permits one to know about the existence of these resources in an integrated way. Hence, defining the expansion zones and integral care, reducing the degradation of natural spaces with special ecological and architectural worth. Thereby, appropriately benefiting and in this way proposing to the local population an opportunity to have a better quality of life, with the focus on offering hospitality and at the same time protecting the forests and heaths. For the development of the essay the qualitative, investigation methodology is used, that which we see demonstrated in the inventory records of the Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador.
Análisis del potencial para el desarrollo de turismo de Salud en sector Pumamaqui

The Baños parish is located 8km away from Cuenca canton; which has interesting cultural and natural resources, highlighting the thermal springs that provide multiple health benefits. However, the thermal springs of Pumamaqui is unknown, it is located north of the parish at 45 minutes via Soldados. These thermal waters are in a natural state and surrounded by little-disturbed nature, which has generated greater interest for visitors due to the tranquility and purity of its waters. Reason for which they have tried to take advantage of this resource for the development of the tourist activity. For this reason, in the present academic essay it is necessary to carry out the analysis of the tourist potential in order to publicize the health benefits and generate sources of income for the inhabitants of the Pumamaqui sector. One of the objectives is to determine the profile of the tourist as well as to propose strategies and activities for the tourist promotion of the sector.
Análisis de factibilidad para la creación de un centro artesanal en la ciudad de Azogues

This research work is to conduct a feasibility study for creating a craft center in the city of Azogues, the same is to show items made by hand of those who engage in this activity; This in turn will increase the value craftsmanship has Azogues and therefore tourism. For this information necessary to argue the center to raise, acceptance data, plus interviews with experts in this field, field observation in visits to the places where these activities take place, after the visits will be obtained and the information necessary a list of the names of the artisans develop. The handmade crafts value should not be missed is why we must be in constant exhibitions and be available to tourists. It is for this reason that the feasibility of a craft center which aim is to show the skills of the artisans through its design and analyzed at the end visitors can acquire handicrafts.

Analysis of potential tourism of the central church and the traditional pottery in San Miguel de Porotos parish comprises a field study to determine the current status of the site as to develop tourism activities. In this essay, we analyze the key features of the parish like the story of creation, economic activities, location factors, research of cultral attractions, determining the potential, and finally a proposal for a tourist route will take place. This will serve as a foundation for the development of tourism, generation of new jobs contributing to improving the quality of life of the people. Nowadays, tourism is not only an activity that generates economic profit but it supports the conservation and protection of natural and cultural resources of the site.
Análisis del inventario turístico de la parroquia San Pedro de Quingeo del cantón Cuenca

San Pedro de Quingeo parish of Cuenca canton is characterized by because it has interesting important natural and cultural resources, for this reason Quingeo has been recognized as a Cultural Heritage of the Nation, highlighting the architecture and interesting cultural manifestations, which form part of the tangible and intangible heritage of the parish, which is intended to take advantage to develop tourist activities, in order to implement the tourist offer, to value and to preserve these goods. For this purpose, in the present academic essay, the analysis of the tourist inventory has been proposed, with the purpose of publicizing the real state of the resources, selecting the attractions with the greatest potential, proposing promotion strategies to offer to the local population a new alternative for economic development through the practice of tourist activities.

This research work took place in the resource "AguasTermales" located inGuapán,center of theparish with the same name. It includes the analysis of the touristic potential of the “AguasTermales” resource. At the same time it analyses the offer and demand, natural and cultural resources that has the parish. Estimating the necessities and wishes of the tourists who visit this resource. The results show that there are current and potential visitors. and visitors. The natural and cultural resources have the facilities to access, but it does not counts with the necessary services to satisfied the necessities of the visitors.

The Tarqui Parish is a rural parish of Canton Cuenca, characterized by their daily tasks such as milking cows, agriculture, animal husbandry and poultry. It has several resources that can be used to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants. Tourism is an activity that not only generates economic returns also helps preserve and protect the natural, cultural, tangible and intangible resources. This paper is focused on analyzing the tourism potential of the Parish Tarqui especially for developing rural tourism is a type of tourism that is growing day by day. For this reason this paper makes an analysis of the current situation of the parish Tarqui for important data that allows us to make a better proposal. Besides mapping attractions and tourist facilities available in Tarqui it is done and finally two routes designed for a full day of activities.
El mantenimiento del oficio de la cestería como contribución a la actividad turística en la parroquia San Joaquín, cantón Cuenca

San Joaquin neighborhood, belongs to the Canton Cuenca, it was characterized to be inhabited by people who make artisanal basketry, who have lost through the time, gradually, the interest in recovering this traditional handicraft. This present essay was elaborated in order to coexist with a link between de artisanal activity development and the contribution of the touristic activity that it generates, it is with the main objective of maintaining this activity of the basketry through the time, it includes that this activity allows the touristic development in the area. Well, we are conscious that the tourism helps to conserve and to promote the cultural and intangible heritage, at the same time that it generates economical profits to the city. The participation of the city, it means all the handicrafters of this area, is the key factor of achieving this purpose, so it is necessary the identification and the linking of institutions that constitute as main pillars of developing of this activity. It is the reason for this research will explore, how the tourism contributes for the craft of the basketry, as well as to identify and to analyze the factors that influence in that lost. Finally, to promote the handicraft production development through the touristic promotion in San Joaquin area.

Las fiestas populares de la parroquia el Valle y su aporte turístico

This research not only has the necessity to introduce the holidays in the parish El Valle, but also to present the tourist supply and to appreciate different kind of cultural aspects such as: human, historic and cultural wealth, the folklore, historical reviews of each vestment, and other activities to the issues exposed above. Religious holidays, and specifically the feast in honor of San Judas Tadeo is a big holiday because the festivities last 15 days, where townspeople and foreign people are part to this popular culture. The festivities are integral part within of the social and cultural reality in all communities, and these are tied to the transformation because of the develop of a society, by the acculturation, where in spite of changes, it still keeps a cultural identity. One of the main characteristics of these holidays, is the applied system, where priostes are the principal organizers, and also the comitt of feasts who makes different events as the queen’s election from the parish. Moreover, these group of people work with social aspects related to the holiday in honor of San Judas Tadeo. Other important festivities in the parish are “El carnaval, Semana Santa, Corpus Christi, Festival del Inti Raymi Interprovincial”. Through those activities there are more tourism for the place. Along the time, the holidays have improved; for this reason, nowadays the culture keeps its own identity, customs, and traditions with the collaboration of priostes, comitte of feasts and godfathers.
Análisis del desarrollo de las actividades de turismo comunitario en la comunidad de Charón Ventanas, del cantón Biblián, 2012-2015

El desarrollo de este tema de investigación está enfocado a lograr un análisis de las actividades turísticas desarrolladas en el Centro de Turismo Comunitario en la Comunidad de Charón Ventanas. A través de la identificación de los principales recursos y atractivos turísticos existentes dentro de la zona en estudio, un análisis de las siguientes actividades:  Senderismo por la antigua vía del tren.  Ascenso al cerro del Tayta Charón desde donde se divisa todo el valle de Azogues e incluso Cuenca.  Cabalgatas  Ciclo turismo Y a la vez como los comuneros van revalorizando su cultura y las costumbres, donde son gente hospitalaria y a la vez brindan un servicio de calidad a cada uno de sus turistas, al mismo tiempo la economía de los comuneros va creciendo.

In the world of services, a restaurant is the obvious example that to secure a fixed market it is required to have satisfied customers and the way to achieve this is through the emotional value that is given through the experience at the time that it takes the so-called intangible product or service. The demands range from a customer perspective and to the extent that their expectations are reached or surpassed in the best of cases. These are the reasons that motivated the analysis of the level of customer satisfaction in the upscale restaurants of Paute: Restaurant Rio Grill and Restaurant Corvel. Their development is evidenced in the following sections.
Determinar el perfil del visitante del valle de Yunguilla, provincia del Azuay

This work is to "Determine the visitor profile of Yunguilla Valley, province of Azuay" it is important to understand the behavior of visitors, by studying the preferences, tastes, tourist services used as well as their motivations displacement. Yunguilla Valley that according to their geographical, landscape resources, and welcoming climate makes many people choose this site as summering space, it is important to know the characteristics that define the profile of the visitor. To give compliance to the stated objective has used the quantitative method by survey technique has also been used to systematize information and direct observation in the sights of the sector. The purpose of this research is to understand the characteristics of the visitors visiting the Yunguilla Valley, information that can be used by the different actors of tourism at local and national level for planning and strategic decision making in the tourism sector.

This research work is an analysis and identification of specialized needs consulting for hotel companies in Cuenca city, during the year 2015 in order to know the feasibility of advisory in the city This project aims to find new proposals to improve hotel quality and to apply new modalities of service and competitiveness to potential consumers. In order to get truthful and quality information of consulting needs the research consists of supply and demand analysis, seeking to learn about the interests of hotel companies to hire the advisory services of a consultant to establish the needs of these companies. With the results of this analysis we intend to offer intellectual and advisory services provided by consultants who have the competences (values, knowledge and skills), and the experience required to meet their needs.
