Item Actualización del inventario de recursos turísticos en la parroquia San Pablo de Shaglli, del cantón Santa Isabel y propuesta de una nueva ruta turística(2015) Ortiz Ortiz, Magda Alejandra; Eljuri Jaramillo, María IsabelCurrently, Tourism shows potential through different typologies, thus contributing to development and well-being in different regions of Ecuador. Therefore, since tourism is in the rural areas, it has improved the economy of its population, having some attractive resources for tourists. This demands the existence of an updated inventory of touristic resources and a route duly specified. Under this perspective, San Pablo de Shaglli parish, in Santa Isabel canton has the need to develop its tourism, therefore, it is necessary to update the inventory of touristic resources, and the proposal of a new touristic route by means of analyzing the touristic background of the parish. This work is aimed to provide the parish with an updated resource inventory with its more relevant characteristics and a new route to facilitate routes for tourists.Item Análisis de creación de una ruta turística gastronómica en la zona La Troncal – Cochancay, provincia del Cañar(2016) Duche Onofre, Claudia Karolina; Quintero Maldonado, David FernandoThis research work aims to analyze the feasibility of creating a culinary tourist route in the backbone - Cochancay, it is located in the coastal area of the province of Cañar. This beautiful canton The Core has a wide variety of flora and fauna, different both natural and cultural attractions; and all this creates a purely tourism sector. For this information necessary to argue the center to raise, acceptance data, plus interviews with experts in this field, field observation in visits to the places where these activities take place, after the visits will be obtained and the information necessary a list of the names of the artisans develop. The handmade crafts value should not be missed is why we must be in constant exhibitions and be available to tourists. Its population is dedicated to farming and livestock, where dairy production is the main source of economic development. It is famous because of the cheese sold to cities like Guayaquil, Machala, Loja, Zamora and Cuenca. It is a town of friendly people, full of history, traditions and customs that are still preserved thanks to its population that continues to convey to their children the legacy left by their ancestors over time. It is important to highlight that San Fernando is well known for its main tourist attraction that is the Busa Lagoon, which receives a large influx of tourists. However, several other tourist attractions need to be promoted adequately, and touristic infrastructure needs improvement in order to increase the number of visits. Due to these factors, we need to implement a tourist information center in the town to give relevant information about all the tourist attractive and activities available in the town. On the other, there are attractions of historic character, one of these attractions corresponds the archaeological giving a well known regard to Azogues as the Archaeological Capital of Ecuador thanks to the Archaeological Site of Ingapirca. This is a great cultural wealth of the Cañaris people giving their traditions, celebrations, and their daily festivals to our country in a meaningful way. Agriculture, livestock are the main source of incomes of the region, not to mention also the remittances of migrants that have contributed local development. Nowadays, a new source of income that allows an advantage of the region is tourism, especially community tourism which has developed its sources many years ago. The activity involves negative and positive impacts that must be analyzed in order to establish whether a contribution that helps on the growth of the province or if this contribution attempts against the population. Cuenca hasanarchitecturalstyleofinvaluable historicalandculturalvalue thanks toitsconservation,thusbecoming agreattouristattraction forlocalsand visitors duetothebeauty ofitslandscapes,itsaccessibilityandconservationwhich has positionedCuencaasone ofthemainculturaldestinations intheworld.Item Análisis de la importancia del servicio al cliente en el Museo Pumapungo(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-09-27) Zambrano Portilla, Bárbara Johanna; Barzallo Neira, Cristina AndreaThrough this study we have been able to determine how important customer service is at the Pumapungo Museum, since it has been shown that due to deficiencies such as: the lack of interest shown by the staff for visitors, an interrogant that in the survey conducted, reflected dissatisfaction on the part of visitors, thus yielding a result of 43.3% of those who are dissatisfied with this situation. Secondly, aspects such as: the communication used to address tourists, or shortcomings in terms of accessibility, are comments found in the museum book that cause havoc with visitors, affecting the image of the museum and in turn causing a bad experience, which in time becomes negative publicity for the place. In order to alleviate these deficiencies, some strategies have been proposed to help change or improve the reception area, create a response system for complaints and claims, train staff, among others. Visitor.Item Análisis de la vestimenta tradicional de la comunidad de Cuchucún del cantón Cañar y su vinculación con el turismo cultural(2015) Guamán Pichasaca, Luis Darío; Pérez Avecillas, Juan JoséBased on a deep analysis, supported by research techniques and methods and technological instruments; this research supports the cultural and potential that the Cañari ethnic group of Cuchucún community preserves. It also emphasizes textile manufacturing, as well as the characteristics of their instruments, tools, techniques, processes for the preparation of their traditional dresses. Another fact is the knowledge, linked to the clothing characteristic beliefs and the contribution of natural elements used in the manufacture of their garments. With the need of generating strategic measures whose purpose is to rescue, revalue, preserve the identity, as well as their customs and ancestral techniques that have been influenced by globalization and supplanted by foreign customs, proposals arise for linking tourism to take advantage of the potential of cultural and natural environment of the sector, which are raised through definite strategies, based on the bibliographical and field research, quantification and qualification of all resources found and the conceptual, social-economic analysis. Cuchucún provides opportunities for the development of cultural tourism that allows, at the same time the community to gain knowledge and cultural values and assets, with the textile work linked to tourism, it aims to create opportunities, employment sources to improve quality of life for families to strengthen the social, economic and cultural development of the community with sustainable principles, creating thus competitive offers. Finally, priority is given to agreements to improve the competitiveness of the possible actors in the exercise of this proposal.Item Análisis de las fiestas tradicionales del cantón Girón(2015) Tenesaca Illescas, Fredy Hipólito; Pérez Avecillas, Juan JoséGirón is one of the counties in the province of Azuay it has several attractions, traditions, cuisine; and it is noteworthy that the county is home to history as instead was the Battle of Tarqui, because this event the county is full of culture and tradition as mentioned above proposed an investigation that aims to study the Traditional folk festivals in Girón. During the research carried out it was observed that the canton has traditions and festivities, the most outstanding are: the Fiesta en Honor y Sacrificio Señor Girón, la Pase del Niño Jesus, Corpus Christi, the parties mentioned above are considered by local people as part of their cultural identity. At present the parties are rarely visited because they do not have a tourism promotion to inform and encourage the visit to Canton, the main authorities are managing a Tourism Promotion Plan to help the revaluation of these festivities. In addition, as a contribution to research it proposes a cultural agenda and cultural events, in order to promote tourist resources held by the canton and in particular the development of cultural tourism.Item Análisis de los atractivos naturales y culturales para potenciar el turismo en la parroquia Ducur, cantón Cañar(2016) Pomaquiza Yupa, Nelly Cristina; Barzallo Neira, Cristina Andrea.Taking in to account the importance of the cultural and natural richness of Ecuador, and that because biodiversity and multicultural is the touristic area has blossomed over the last few years. This research paper consists on an analysis of the natural and cultural attractions in Ducur, it is a mall city which is located three hours from Cuenca, on the road to the coast, in the province of Cañar. Ducur within its 17 communities covers a variety of flora, fauna, culture and traditions that just a few communities have managed to keep. This investigative paper collects information of natural attractions and cultural in the region,which does not have many tourist influences, several places are visited by local people who are unaware of the meaning and an attractive of Ducur. The attractions are easily accessible in the reared some mall roads that are not far from the main road. The authorities of the communities consider the attractions can be a major factor on this population development and could enhance their economic income. Section four and the last correspond to a critical approach….Item Análisis de los recursos culturales del cerro Abuga y Cojitambo del cantón Azogues en relación al ámbito turístico(2015) González González, Fernanda Paola; Pérez Avecillas, Juan JoséThis research work is a compilation of cultural, historical and tourist resources information of Cojitambo and Abuga hills located in Azogues. It will be used to structure the design of an interpretative tourist activities guide of the aforementioned places, due to the importance they have for the Cañari people identity. The analysis of these cultural resources is directed to the appropriation of culture; archaeological evidence elements built by the ancestors and keeping good practices of sustainable tourism in these representative heritage sites in the region and the country. For this reason, it will help to get the appreciation of future generations. Moreover, the approach is to establish a future model of tourism management, with integration, participation and cooperation of Bayas and Cojitambo communities. Additionally, public and private entities related to this activity will participate; as to strengthen, value and preserve cultural resources. Finally, the research work has been implemented in four stages or sections processes: the bibliographic research field, quantitative and qualitative information in order to have a valid proposal; as well as the structure of specific strategies that will put forward the structure of the required management model.Item Análisis de satisfacción de los clientes de Apart-minisuite Petrópolis del periodo 2014-2015 para el mejoramiento de los servicios del establecimiento(2015) Merchán Vázquez, Juan Raúl; Malo Ottati, Santiago JoséThe following test was developed with the intention of improving the competitiveness of the company Minisuite-Petrópolis by Mrs. Nancy Carmela Vazquez Marin who is owner and manager of the aforementioned establishment. Minisuite Petrópolis is located in the ski industry in bicicross Capital city of Azuay Cuenca in southern Ecuador. The essay is divided into four sections, of which the first is focused on a detailed diagnosis of the establishment and functioning of the service. The second section is based on personal interviews in order to measure customer satisfaction both internal and external. Chapter three is the analysis of a questionnaire in which 80 active clients Minisuite Petópolis with which aims to understand the client host to the services offered by the establishment, in addition to understanding weaknesses that the company has participated. Finally we conclude with the preparation of a plan for improving the company hosting it will be based on an understanding of customer needs and actions would be planned whose goal is to improve the competitiveness of the hosting company.Item Análisis de una estrategia de marketing para la comercialización de los productos turísticos de la Agencia de Viajes y Operadora de Turismo “Rutas y Rostros” Cía. Ltda(2015) Cruz Valdez, Sofía Jacqueline; Pesántez Loyola, Sandra ElizabethThis essay was developed with the objective to establish marketing strategies suitable to the environment from the travel agency and tour operator Rutas y Rostros Ecuador previous an external and internal analysis of the current situation of the company. To set a proposal according to the needs of the Agency, a qualitative study through a focus group was conducted. With the quantitative methodology and using the method of the survey, relevant information from the users point of view of the travel agencies was compiled, in order to be able to offer strategic actions to promote a better development in the commercial activity of the company. As a result of the investigation, the delimitation of two marketing targets that Rutas and Rostros Ecuador should be approached was obtained, each one its own strategy and specific actions that arises must be applied with the objective that the company will be able to establish itself in the market through a product characterized by differentiation and a constant promotion program that will allow customer loyalty and through them can expand to more people.Item Análisis del desarrollo de las actividades de turismo comunitario en la comunidad de Charón Ventanas, del cantón Biblián, 2012-2015(2016) Campoverde Campoverde, Maribel Gabriela; Avecillas Torres, Ángeles ImeldaEl desarrollo de este tema de investigación está enfocado a lograr un análisis de las actividades turísticas desarrolladas en el Centro de Turismo Comunitario en la Comunidad de Charón Ventanas. A través de la identificación de los principales recursos y atractivos turísticos existentes dentro de la zona en estudio, un análisis de las siguientes actividades: Senderismo por la antigua vía del tren. Ascenso al cerro del Tayta Charón desde donde se divisa todo el valle de Azogues e incluso Cuenca. Cabalgatas Ciclo turismo Y a la vez como los comuneros van revalorizando su cultura y las costumbres, donde son gente hospitalaria y a la vez brindan un servicio de calidad a cada uno de sus turistas, al mismo tiempo la economía de los comuneros va creciendo.Item Análisis del desarrollo del turismo de aventura en el cantón Limón Indanza, provincia de Morona Santiago(2015) Jadán Guaillazaca, Ilda Cristina; Galarza Torres, Marcela AlexandraCanton Limon Indanza is located in the province of Morona Santiago at an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level, with a temperature ranging between 18-24 degrees centigrade, at a distance of 110 kilometers from the capital city of Macas, and at 105 kilometers from Cuenca city. Limón Indanza is a geographical area that has a variety of touristic attractions, both natural and cultural, whose growth is based on the adequate physical conditions for growth of adventure tourism. On the other hand, it has different modalities such as land and water activities of adventure tourism carried out in the canton. We will carry out an analysis of adventure tourism development with the final purpose of knowing its background, and identifying the opportunities to generate new alternatives and additional services to this tourism modality. This analysis is also performed with the purpose of contributing to the economic growth of the town through generating employment opportunities and tourist servers in order to help people improve their quality of life.Item Análisis del impacto del turismo en la parroquia Baños del cantón Cuenca(2015) Ortega Illescas, Manuel Clodomiro; Pesántez Loyola, Sandra ElizabethAbstract The present research work will analyze different impacts generated by tourism development in Baños. Baños is located on the south west of Cuenca city. It is surrounded by wonderful natural landscapes along with excellent weather. Baños has a fertile ground and hot springs that turn Baños into a main tourism attraction. Baños has different types of accommodation, which has increased the number of foreign and national visitors each year. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the impact of tourism development that allows identifying the economic, social and environmental problems using techniques such as surveys and interviews applied to the population. In addition, field trips take into account the influence of tourism on the life quality of inhabitants. Through this research we will determine both positive and negative impacts that tourism generates so that the local governments make correct decisions in benefit of tourism development of Baños.Item Análisis del impacto del turismo religioso en la catedral y la iglesia San Francisco en el cantón Azogues(2015) Tenempaguay Lazo, Gloria Mercedes; Cazorla Vintimilla, Thelma LorenaTourism is a global phenomenon that has developed more in recent years, however, the movement of people motivated by religious beliefs goes back to the very beginning of humanity, although the term religious tourism recently was used some years ago by the General Directory for the Pastoral Care of Tourism published by the Apostolic See. Azogues as a city that still retains much of its culture and a unique architectural heritage, tourism offers where religious tourism stands out with its temples and buildings of great importance, this has enabled it to have the declaration of World Heritage Cultural and Urban Ecuador. In this research work it is to have an analysis of the impact of tourism on the two main religious icons of the city such as the Sanctuary of San Francisco and Cathedral Church, providing guidelines for conservation and maintenance. The development of tourism in the Canton has been slow, with some interest of local people, which is why the importance of publicizing the care they need attractions, to contribute to safeguarding the heritage and strengthen the advancement of tourism in the city.Item Análisis del inventario turístico de la parroquia San Pedro de Quingeo del cantón Cuenca(2018) Encalada Pillco, Nelly Esperanza; Avecillas Torres, Ángeles ImeldaSan Pedro de Quingeo parish of Cuenca canton is characterized by because it has interesting important natural and cultural resources, for this reason Quingeo has been recognized as a Cultural Heritage of the Nation, highlighting the architecture and interesting cultural manifestations, which form part of the tangible and intangible heritage of the parish, which is intended to take advantage to develop tourist activities, in order to implement the tourist offer, to value and to preserve these goods. For this purpose, in the present academic essay, the analysis of the tourist inventory has been proposed, with the purpose of publicizing the real state of the resources, selecting the attractions with the greatest potential, proposing promotion strategies to offer to the local population a new alternative for economic development through the practice of tourist activities.
