Abstract
The present economic interest for tourism leads to a growth process in an unbalanced way, in which many cases don’t respect the environment. This essay has the aim to maximise the tourist resources in the parish of Chiquintad, for which is necessary to depend on a tourist route that permits one to know about the existence of these resources in an integrated way. Hence, defining the expansion zones and integral care, reducing the degradation of natural spaces with special ecological and architectural worth. Thereby, appropriately benefiting and in this way proposing to the local population an opportunity to have a better quality of life, with the focus on offering hospitality and at the same time protecting the forests and heaths.
For the development of the essay the qualitative, investigation methodology is used, that which we see demonstrated in the inventory records of the Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador.
Resumen
El interés económico por el turismo en la actualidad, lleva a un proceso de crecimiento de una manera desequilibrada, el cual en muchos casos no respeta el medioambiente. Este ensayo tiene como finalidad potenciar los recursos turísticos de la parroquia Chiquintad, para lo cual es necesario contar con una ruta turística que permita conocer sobre la existencia de estos recursos de manera integrada y de esta forma delimitar las zonas de expansión y cuidado integral, disminuyendo la degradación de espacios naturales y culturales de especial valor ecológico y arquitectónico, así aprovecharlos adecuadamente y de esta manera proponer a la población local la oportunidad a que tengan una mejor calidad de vida, con enfoque en brindar hospitalidad y a su vez proteger los bosques y páramos.
Para el desarrollo del ensayo se utiliza la metodología de investigación cualitativa lo cual se ve demostrado en las fichas del inventario del Ministerio de Turismo del Ecuador.
