This is as an alternative method to traditional processes that involve sophisticated and high-cost materials that are often not counted in a conventional laboratory. For the process, a gold foil and two sources of different wavelengths were used, a sodium lamp and a Helium-Neon laser. The experimental results agree acceptably with the data found in specialized books on optics. Among the conclusions, it stands out: It has been shown that the spectrogoniometer is a very useful device to be able to carry out experiments on optics in which angles play a relevant role. Its handling and finetuning has in itself been a good kind of refresher on optical concepts.Item El software GeoGebra como recurso didáctico para el aprendizaje de vectores y sus operaciones: una propuesta didáctica(Universidad de Cuenca, 2024-07-30) León Morales, Luis Alberto; Rojas Rojas, Marco AlejandroIn this research project, we looked at how using teaching sequences with the support of GeoGebra software affects teaching "Vectors and their Operations" to First year of high school BGU students at the “Unidad Educativa Particular Pasos” during the 2022-2023 school year. We conducted five teaching sequences, applying a quasi-experimental methodology with a descriptive quantitative approach. Students from the First "A" were the experimental group, and those from the First "B" were the control group. We worked with academic performance and motivation as research variables. To gather information, we used a knowledge test consisting of ten questions and a perception survey, which were validated through the judgment of experts. To interpret the test scores of students in the control and experimental groups, we carried out a complete statistical analysis in JAMOVI software. We conducted the Shapiro-Wilk test to evaluate data normality, the Levene test to evaluate variance homogeneity, and the Student's t-test to compare results. We concluded that the teaching sequences supported by GeoGebra software significantly improved the academic performance of students in the experimental group. To analyze motivation, the results were tabulated and statistically analyzed. Facultad de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencias de la Educación, 2025-10-17) Barros Mora, Stalin Javier; Rojas Rojas, Marco AlejandroComplex electric circuits are a current topic; therefore, their teaching in secondary education is essential for students' training. However, due to various factors—such as limited time or the lack of didactic resources—this content is addressed superficially. Therefore, the objective of this research is to develop a teaching guide aimed at the teachers of the Colegio de Bachillerato Técnico Daniel Córdova Toral. The research had a qualitative approach, and the technique used for data collection was the interview, using a structured questionnaire of seven questions as the instrument. Due to the small number of staff, the population and the sample were the same; two Physics teachers from the educational institution collaborated. The results showed the shortcomings and difficulties in teaching this topic, such as the lack of reasoning, the absence of mathematical foundations, the limited understanding and interpretation of concepts, and the insufficiency of resources in the institution. In addition, recommendations were obtained regarding important aspects for the preparation of the guide. Considering the information obtained, a didactic guide was developed with a constructivist approach that incorporates methodological strategies and didactic material to address the identified problems. Finally, the implementation of the teaching guide using concrete materials is suggested to promote proper teaching of complex electric circuits.Item Guía didáctica de enseñanza de la ley de signos con números enteros en las operaciones básicas, potenciación y radicación(Universidad de Cuenca, 2023-02-14) Mogrovejo Barros, Ariel Fernando; Rojas Rojas, Marco AlejandroThe teaching of mathematics is adapted to the educational needs of recent years. According to some research, one of the topics where high school students have learning difficulties lies in the different topics of polynomials, having as a starting point the complexity on understanding the new language used in this topic, since working with numbers and letters is more abstract. Therefore, it is important to find new learning strategies, in order to encourage students become the authors of their own knowledge through a detailed analysis. An interview was applied to four teachers from the following educational institutions: San José de la Salle, San Roque and Sagrados Corazones. In the interviews, the teachers contrast the aforementioned position; they also reveal several errors identified in their students in the Polynomials topic. A survey and a test were applied to the students, which confirmed what the teachers mentioned. Finally, a didactic learning guide that contains activities that support students' constructivist learning through the analysis of procedures, contextualized situations, the use of concrete material and technological resources such as: videos and virtual games was developed. All these activities had the purpose to facilitate student learning within this topic and motivate them to commit to their training process.Item Guía didáctica para el aprendizaje de la termodinámica en el segundo año de Bachillerato General Unificado.(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-09-09) Heras Contreras, Pablo Andres; Mena Jiménez, Jonnathan David; Rojas Rojas, Marco AlejandroThe present degree work has as an educational proposal the development of didactic guides in the area of physics in the second year of BGU in the unit of thermodynamics, focusing on its three laws and the zero law. These guides are based on the theoretical foundation of concepts related to thermodynamics and learning. Where the constructivist theory will play a fundamental role as the axis of the development of the proposals. In addition to this, we seek to place the student as a generator of his own knowledge from his previous knowledge. Then, in order to carry out the elaboration of the didactic guides, a quantitative research was carried out at the "Unidad Educativa Herlinda Toral". The survey was used as a technique and the data collection instrument was a questionnaire, which served as a starting point in the elaboration of the didactic guides. The didactic guides are based on the three moments of constructivism, which are: anticipation, construction and consolidation; these moments seek to strengthen learning in students. In addition, due to the complexity of the topics, learning will be constructed through experimentation, since, when performing these activities, they interact directly with physical phenomena. Thus, the understanding of the theory is facilitated, and the abstract language of the mathematical and theoretical foundations involved in the demonstration of these principles is reducedItem Guía didáctica para el aprendizaje del movimiento rectilíneo uniforme, movimiento rectilíneo uniformemente variado y caída libre(Universidad de Cuenca, 2023-09-04) García Ávila, Antonio Armando; Rojas Rojas, Marco AlejandroThe education has achieved huge changes trough moving from a traditional methodology, where the teacher is the center of knowledge, to a new constructivist or paidocentric model, where the student creates his own knowledge and the teacher is only a guide. However, the main objective of each teacher is to achieve meaningful learning by applying several pedagogical models supported by didactic material according to the needs of the student. New pedagogical trends offer some educational resources and tools, but in our country not all schools are equipped with these resources, so the teachers expose the contents in a traditional and ambiguous way. Physics should be studied with another creative and dynamic pedagogical approach where the student can observe, discover, and understand in a meaningful way. Based on the current educational reality about Physics, a didactic guide has been developed with its appropriate concrete material that will support the study of the students of the Ricaurte High-School.Item Guía didáctica para la enseñanza de cinemática lineal en el tercer año del Bachillerato General Unificado(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-09-07) Suárez Guzmán, Ronald Miguel; Morocho Vera, Carlos Esteban; Rojas Rojas, Marco AlejandroThe teaching of physics requires planning, so this degree work is aimed at teachers as an aid in their classes, since the proposal develops a didactic guide for the teaching of Linear Kinematics in the third year of BGU.
