    Estrategias de manejo de conflictos y satisfacción en pareja en docentes y administrativos de las Facultades de Arquitectura y Urbanismo, Ciencias de la Hospitalidad, Jurisprudencia y Psicología de la Universidad de Cuenca en el periodo 2024-2025

    Conflict management, such as perceived satisfaction are components of vital importance in couples and in their quality. The research sought to correlate conflict management strategies, couple satisfaction, and sociodemographic variables of teachers and administrators of the Faculties of Architecture and Urbanism, Hospitality Sciences, Jurisprudence and Psychology of the University of Cuenca, Ecuador in the period 2024-2025. The research consisted of a non-experimental quantitative cross-sectional design with a correlational scope. In this research, we worked with a population of 58 participants who met the inclusion criteria and agreed to be part of the research. The Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS), the Conflict Management Strategies Scale (EEMC) and a sociodemographic file were used. The results showed statistically significant correlations between satisfaction and conflict management strategies: Reflection/Communication (ρ = 0.385), Time (ρ = 0.410) and Affect (ρ = 0.412) with p values < 0.01. Additionally, correlations were found between the time in the relationship and the conflict management strategies Affected (r = -0.271), Accommodation (r = 0.263) with values with p values < 0.05.
