Abstract
Teachers bring their way of perceiving life and their attitudes towards daily events into the classroom. It agrees with Marchesi (2007) that the teaching profession is surrounded by moral and vocational components immersed in the commitment of being a teacher. Investigate the perception of happiness in teachers it is important, since their vision influences their performance, as well as that of their students, both outside and inside the classroom (López and Calderón, 2015). Being a teacher requires human and professional qualities that contribute to the integral formation of the personality of the students. If the teacher is happy, he performs his task better
Resumen
Los docentes llevan consigo a las aulas su forma de percibir la vida y sus actitudes frente los acontecimientos diarios. Se coinci de con Marchesi (2007) en que la profesión docente está envuel ta de componentes morales y vocacionales inmersos en el com promiso del ser docente. Investigar la percepción de la felicidad en docentes es importante, ya que su visión influye en su desem peño, así como también en el de sus estudiantes, tanto fuera como dentro de las aulas (López y Calderón, 2015). Ser docente requiere cualidades humanas y profesionales que contribuyan a la formación integral de la personalidad de los educandos. Si el docente es feliz, cumple mejor su tarea
