Abstract
In the present investigation, the design at the preliminary project level of the Fire Department station of the Canton of Logroño was carried out, in which its main problem is the current headquarters of the fire department station of the aforementioned canton, since it does not have a headquarters with adequate facilities and equipment for its good performance in the canton. Its main objective was to carry out the architectural draft of a central fire station in the canton of Logroño, which will serve for the prevention and protection against accidents and emergencies that could occur in the city, and its specific objectives regarding the investigation of technical and legal regulations. in the design of fire stations as well as analyzing the site in which said institution is intended to be implemented to execute the architectural design of a fire station and develop a program that fully satisfies the needs of the user and the technical, functional, spatial, requirements administrative and operational based on the proposed hypothesis that a new Fire Department station covers the administrative and operational technical needs of the institution, helping to improve performance for the prevention and protection against accidents that could arise in the Canton of Logroño. The methodology used will be from the mixed approach, as a systematic, empirical and critical process of a given reality, through analysis. Regarding its results, the architectural design is carried out in which it is based on criteria that will allow improving the functionality of the different areas, as well as the formal and environmental aspect, to safeguard the well-being and safety of citizens.
Resumen
En la presente investigación se realizó el diseño a nivel de anteproyecto de la estación del cuerpo de Bomberos del Cantón Logroño, en el cual su principal problemática es la actual sede de la estación del cuerpo de bomberos del cantón mencionado, ya que no cuenta con una sede con instalaciones adecuadas y de equipos para su buen desempeño en el cantón. Su objetivo principal fue realizar el anteproyecto arquitectónico de una estación central de bomberos en el cantón Logroño, que servirá para la prevención y protección ante los siniestros y emergencias que pudiesen presentarse en la ciudad, y sus objetivos específicos sobre la investigación de normativas técnicas y legales en el diseño de Estaciones de bomberos así como analizar el sitio en el que se pretende implantar dicha institución para ejecutar el diseño arquitectónico de una estación de bomberos y desarrollar un programa que satisfaga plenamente las necesidades del usuario y los requerimientos técnicos, funcionales, espaciales, administrativos y operativos partir de la hipótesis planteada de que una nueva estación de Cuerpo de bomberos cubre las necesidades administrativas y técnicas operativas de la institución, ayudando a un mejor desempeño para la prevención y protección ante los siniestros que pudiesen suscitarse en el Cantón Logroño. La metodología empleada será desde el enfoque mixto, como proceso sistemático, empírico y crítico de una realidad dada, mediante el análisis. En cuanto a sus resultados se realiza el diseño arquitectónico en el cual parte de criterios que permitirán mejorar la funcionalidad de las diferentes áreas, así como el aspecto formal y ambiental, para salvaguardar el bienestar y seguridad de la ciudadanía.
