Abstract

In the present investigation, the design at the preliminary project level of the Fire Department station of the Canton of Logroño was carried out, in which its main problem is the current headquarters of the fire department station of the aforementioned canton, since it does not have a headquarters with adequate facilities and equipment for its good performance in the canton. Its main objective was to carry out the architectural draft of a central fire station in the canton of Logroño, which will serve for the prevention and protection against accidents and emergencies that could occur in the city, and its specific objectives regarding the investigation of technical and legal regulations. in the design of fire stations as well as analyzing the site in which said institution is intended to be implemented to execute the architectural design of a fire station and develop a program that fully satisfies the needs of the user and the technical, functional, spatial, requirements administrative and operational based on the proposed hypothesis that a new Fire Department station covers the administrative and operational technical needs of the institution, helping to improve performance for the prevention and protection against accidents that could arise in the Canton of Logroño. The methodology used will be from the mixed approach, as a systematic, empirical and critical process of a given reality, through analysis. Regarding its results, the architectural design is carried out in which it is based on criteria that will allow improving the functionality of the different areas, as well as the formal and environmental aspect, to safeguard the well-being and safety of citizens.
