    Diálogos proyectuales en el diseño
    (2024) Peralta Fajardo, Paul Gustavo
The culmination of undergraduate studies in graphic design unfolds in a diverse scenario, encompassing dimensions that range from intuition to technique, from art to technology, and from empiricism to science. The degree projects studied reveal how these three dimensions intertwine to produce significant results. Art provides the emotional and aesthetic foundation, while science offers a methodological approach based on research and data analysis. Technology facilitates project execution, taking advantage of digital tools and advanced design techniques. This convergence between art, science and technology enriches the design process, producing effective and relevant visual solutions for the modern audience. Collaboration between these fields drives innovation and excellence in graphic design, demonstrating its ability to adapt to the changing demands of the contemporary environment. This study highlights the importance of a balanced integration of artistic, scientific and technological elements, highlighting its complexity and interdisciplinary nature as a creative and strategic discipline.

The inclusion of new learning tools in the education is essential to prevent educational environments from becoming monotonous spaces where the activities that are developed are carried out by obligation. This type of practice can cause children to generate rejection for important activities for development. Such as reading and even for the content related to the customs and traditions of our country. The objective of this project is to respond to this problem from the field of editorial design. Make use of the Pop-up book as a tool to present the legends of our country. To children of General Basic Education (GBE) and generate a direct interaction between the child and the content based on the methodology of creative process for troubleshooting of Bernd Löbach. Fiestas populares, corolario para el diseño cultural de ciudad
    (2019) Peralta Fajardo, Paul Gustavo
Design plays a more than important role in the cultural economy of a city, since it is the tool that allows the construction of what we now call collective identity, of place, etc. (Sparke, 2004) What happens if for the cultural design of the city we move away from the idea of taking exclusively the architectural qualities of a territory? The present proposal is based on the ideal that cities live and survive without architectural icons (Puig, 2009) although these are visible as graphic elements in City Branding; a discursive reading model is proposed from the design for the popular festivities

In the second stage, called exploration, the analysis of the collected data is carried out, along with the development of the photobook's technical sheet and decision-making aimed at creating a brief. This document aims to translate the information obtained into clear and strategic guidelines for the project's development. The implementation stage includes the development of a moodboard, ideation and sketching, photographic production and postproduction, graphic design, photobook layout, and the validation of the proposal. This process culminates in the creation of an editorial product that integrates nature and landscape photography, along with informative texts, with the goal of raising awareness about the ecological role of fungi in the ecosystem.
