Abstract
When designing a house that will be built using an
industrialized system, it is necessary to combine
criteria of functionality, economy, and safety with
the expectation of achieving a productivity greater
than the one obtained with traditional systems. In
the industrial systems it is possible to establish the
mechanisms of control thanks to the repetition of
the operations that guarantee the completion of
the hypothesis that were established in the design.
Within the research methodology, an analysis of
international, regional and local case studies will be
performed from which different anchoring systems
used in concrete, wood and steel will be rescued,
which will be adapted and, as far as possible, will be
improved to adapt them to our local environment.
Later the construction system will be applied to
a progressive house within the mountains region.
The proposal of a construction system for a progressive
house is based on using prefabricated materials in
conjunction with materials that allow dry construction.
For this, the industrialization process is combined,
which since its conception in the workshop speeded
up the construction of houses. Likewise, the different
anchoring systems are contemplated, offering
the possibility of making structural combinations
and finishes between wood, steel and concrete.
Once the materials and construction systems have
been analyzed, a housing proposal will be made
where the concepts of flexibility and progressiveness
will be reflected. In addition, a dry construction system
will be implemented where the architectural design
will be based on the dimensions of the prefabricated
panels and from these a proposal will be conceived
that includes interior and exterior finishes as well as
the different stages of progressive growth.
Resumen
Cuando se diseña una vivienda que ha de ser
construida con un sistema industrializado, es
necesario conjugar criterios de funcionalidad,
economía y seguridad, con la expectativa de
lograr una productividad mayor que la obtenida
con los sistemas tradicionales. En los sistemas
industrializados es posible establecer los
mecanismos de control, gracias a la repetición de las
operaciones que garantizan el cumplimiento de las
hipótesis que se establecieron en el diseño.
Dentro de la metodología de investigación lo
que se realizará es analizar casos de estudios
internacionales, regionales y locales de donde
se rescatarán los distintos sistemas de anclajes
utilizados en hormigón, madera y acero, los cuales se
adaptarán y en medida de lo posible mejorarán para
adaptarlos a nuestro medio local. Posteriormente
se aplicará el sistema constructivo a una vivienda
progresiva dentro de la región Sierra.
La propuesta de un sistema constructivo para una
vivienda progresiva se basa en utilizar los materiales
prefabricados en conjunto con materiales que permitan
la construcción en seco. Para esto se combina el
proceso de industrialización que desde su concepción
en taller agilizaran la construcción de viviendas. Así
mismo se contemplan los distintos sistemas de anclajes
brindando la posibilidad de realizar combinaciones
estructurales y de acabados entre la madera, el acero
y el hormigón.
Una vez analizados los materiales y sistemas
constructivos se realizará una propuesta de vivienda
en donde se plasmarán los conceptos de flexibilidad y
progresividad. Además, se implementará un sistema de
construcción en seco donde el diseño arquitectónico se
basará en las dimensiones de los paneles prefabricados
y a partir de estos se concebirá una propuesta que
contemple acabados interiores y exteriores así como
las distintas etapas de crecimiento progresivo.
