In this research synthesis, the purpose is to focus on the pedagogical implications derived from the use of multiple intelligences (MI) in the learning of English as a foreign language (EFL) classrooms. Three research questions which address gender role, multiple intelligences based activities and effectiveness of MI methods in English learning were proposed. To collect data, Google Scholar data base was used. This exploratory research synthesis examined the total of 24 correlational, quasi-experimental and descriptive studies. Through a vast analysis, it seems there are positive effects when using MI methodologies in learning English.
