Child abuse is a global problem with consequences for the child's comprehensive development. The existing data does not reveal the real magnitude due to the lack of reports or wrong attribution of infant morbidity and mortality. Despite this, its presence is more and more frequent, it will produce traumas and consequences, and emotional impact, ending up in situations of reproducibility through generations.
