Item Determinación del flujo de caja para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Jardín Azuayo incorporando variables ajustadas a la norma de riesgo de liquidez(Universidad de Cuenca, 2023-08-21) Barzallo Guachichullca, Jenny Elizabeth; Contreras Cordero, Nicole Elizabeth; Arcentales Carrión, Rodrigo NicanorThis integrating project aims to determine the institutional cash flow for the year 2023 of the Jardín Azuayo Savings and Loan Cooperative by generating a new projection tool. It intends to incorporate a multiple linear regression, which can combine external and internal variables, and other projection methods, to obtain estimated values with the lowest percentage error possible. Its functionality and contribution to decision-making will also be verified. The first chapter describes the theoretical foundations on which this study is based. On this basis, the methodology to be used, as described in chapter two, is determined. Subsequently, section three shows the fieldwork that begins with the review and analysis of the current methodology, followed by the proposal of a projection method for the entire cash flow, concluding with its generation for 2023. Furthermore, chapter four shows the discussion of results, where a comparative analysis verifies the model's functionality and its contribution to decision-making. In addition, the main findings and incidences found are defined as a consequence of prior studies. Finally, the most representative recommendations and conclusions were generated during the elaboration of the presented work.Item Gestión del talento humano como factor de mejoramiento del desempeño laboral y clima organizacional en la empresa Distribuidora Laura Narváez, para el periodo 2023, en la ciudad de Cuenca(Universidad de Cuenca, 2024-03-21) Arévalo Armijos, Francisco Andrés; Moscoso Calle, Nubia SilvanaHuman talent management in organizations is a key management process that allows to develop, attract, retain and motivate the talent a company needs for its operation. Distributor Laura Narvaez considered appropriate the need to implement a human talent management model that allows to measure and improve work performance and organizational climate. Through the analysis of the current management of the human talent of the organization (analysis of job profiles by competencies and dictionaries of competencies and behaviors), the process of evaluation of performance by competencies was defined under the methodology of Martha Alles, where 58 collaborators participated to whom the level of development of the competencies was evaluated to know their performance. It was found that in general, the organization presents an average performance of 72% in the development of its competencies. In talent management, the study of the organizational climate was included to know the level of satisfaction of the collaborators (favorable and unfavorable perceptions) in nine dimensions that structure the climate according to the methodology of the authors Litwin & Stringer. The results obtained from 55 collaborators showed that seven out of nine climate variables are perceived favorably. The results of both evaluations were part of a correlational study to find out if there is a significant relationship between climate and performance variables. A p-value of 0.309 was obtained, indicating no significant relationship between variables. Finally, nine strategies were proposed, one per dimension, as a plan to improve the working environment.Item Propuesta de manual de procesos para las Unidades de Presupuesto, Contabilidad, Tesorería y Control Interno de la Dirección Financiera de la Universidad de Cuenca con base en la metodología Business Process Management(Universidad de Cuenca, 2024-07-31) Pineda Carrión, Kevin Eduardo; Alvear Alvear, Oscar PatricioUniversities are structured as organizations that develop within a complex social environment, whose relationship is transversal both internally and externally, i.e. the elements that integrate it interact, change and adjust to the needs of other elements so that the whole system works together. In this sense, the University of Cuenca must continuously evaluate its performance and identify the areas that require improvement based on strategic objectives. To this end, the present work proposes a process manual for the Financial Management that follows three phases. The first consists of characterizing the processes and the macro-process based on unstructured interviews applied to the collaborators of this area, information recorded by means of characterization sheets with their respective objectives, scope, inputs and outputs of each process. The next stage involves detailing the processes and sub-processes through mapping and standardization. Finally, the Bizagi tool is used for process modeling and compliance with the BPM nomenclature. The financial management macro-process is thus established, consisting of 52 processes and sub-processes framed in budget, treasury and accounting management.
