    Estructura familiar en niños victimas de incesto

    The research aims to describe the structure of families of child victims of incest. The family is the system that fulfills the functions of protection, control, affection and socialization of children. This system in turn operates on a family structure and organization ranging from the distribution of roles in each subsystem or holon, establishing hierarchies, boundaries inside and outside of the subsystems, alliances and coalianzas among members. Families who have experienced abuse and violence experienced by contrast, pain and confusion to a reality that is not consistent with the meaning of family. Unfortunately, socioeconomic conditions, poverty, culture, cause sometimes the case of abuse is known, but not act as a protective system and empowered to look after their children, creating the incestuous act or violence remain as such within the same family. 5 families in which one of his sons or daughters have suffered situations of sexual abuse by his father, step-brother were selected; at the Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital of the City of Cuenca, in the area of domestic violence the hospital. The study is qualitative, semi-structured interview was used to identify the family structure. The results showed that the type of families that are more vulnerable to abuse and violence are the families of three generations or extensive, uncontrolled families and families with support. As for the structure it was evident in these families had one hand, a rigid family structure and secondly a diffuse family structure. In ontogenesis incest families are in the process of disclosure and repressive phase.
