This is a review of the two methodologies applied in Latin America, that can be beneficial in the
organizations and companies that measure gender equity, and could be applied in or context This document also
analyzed the legal framework and public policies, to gender equality in the organizations is no longer merely
declaratory and becomes effective in bridging the gap between men and women. In addition, it addresses gender
equity since education, it is known that women and men has equal terms to prepared, however, there is no
equity in laboral participation and same conditions. Finally, show the benefits in terms of productivity, which
has the implementation of measures and plans of gender equity for companies and organizations by improving
the work climate and the publicity of companies with gender equity.
