This monograph is focused on reviewing the problem of Mobbing or Workplace Harassment, with the purpose of optimizing the theoretical information on the topic for the intervention in Social Work;based on a descriptive analytical research methodology, the theme will be developed in three chapters:
In Chapter I, We examine for the issues discussed, specifying the beginning of Mobbing, so in that sense, can be reached to the definition of the most significant topic of research.
In Chapter II, some standards of human rights are discussed, as well as laws in Ecuador, the same that are linked to the phenomenon studied.
Finally in Chapter III, focuses on the actions of Social Work as a profession in the laboral area; it stresses on intervention in cases of Mobbing.
