Item Factores de riesgo asociados al consumo de alcohol, tabaco y marihuana en los adolescentes del primero de bachillerato del Colegio Técnico Industrial Gualaceo, Gualaceo, 2016(2016) Guachichulca Ortiz, Adriana Monserrath; Reinoso Alvear, Daniela Johanna; Altamirano Cárdenas, Ruth Ximena; Rodríguez Sánchez, Dolores AmparitoBACKGROUND: There are several risk factors that increase the likelihood that an individual will start in alcohol, snuff and marijuana, they have formed a global problem and poses a serious threat to the health, well-being of humans affecting economic, cultural and political foundations of society. Currently the most vulnerable beings consumption of such substances are teenagers as they are in a stage of physiological and emotional changes. GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Identify risk factors associated with consumption of snuff, alcohol and marijuana in high school teenagers first College "Industrial Technical Gualaceo." GUALACEO.2016 METHODOLOGY: It is a descriptive study, quantitative cross-sectional, we worked with a universe consisting of 186 students from 6 parallel to the first years of high school College "Industrial Technical Gualaceo". The technique used was direct observation, as a form tool by the CONSEP (National Council for Control of Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances) and conditioned by the authors according to the needs of the investigation was handled. The information collected was processed in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and SPSS 24 software. USE OF RESULTS: The results allow to identify the situation in which the adolescents; as well as analyze the factors associated with consumption of alcohol, snuff and marijuana. Cañar, 2014(2015) Altamirano Cárdenas, Rita Geoconda; González Gonzáles, Suzzete Fernanda; Cabrera Cárdenas, Carmen LucíaBACKGROUND: Alcoholism is one of the public health problems worldwide; Quilloac community is being affected by increased consumption of alcohol; therefore this research will serve as a baseline for the planning of promotion and prevention strategies. OBJECTIVE: To identify factors that influence the consumption of alcohol in the community Quilloac, the Canton Cañar. METHODOLOGY: The research is qualitative - quantitative study was descriptive. The universe was represented by 1432, the sample was 95 persons; for calculating simple random sample method was used. The techniques used were interviews, quantitative technique yielded information on the economic and sociocultural characteristics, and qualitative focus group technique was used to collect perceptions about alcoholism. The information processing was performed on SPSS software to organize database, Excel and Word for graphing and statistical tables. RESULTS: Of the 95 people surveyed increased consumption of alcohol is in adolescents aged 15-20 years, with a percentage of 52.6% including 42.2% is high, consumption occurs at parties 42.1% with friends 53.7%, 45.3% consume beer as favorite beverage and allowed to do so in moments of joy 24.2%. CONCLUSION: Research shows that socio-economic, cultural and religious factors directly affect consumption, frequency and incidence of alcohol.
