Item Validación del método de Acetato de Amonio para la determinación de metales intercambiables (Ca, Mg, Na y K) en los suelos(Universidad de Cuenca, 2024-11-19) Cuenca Tandazo, Víctor Jonathan; Román Alvarado, Brayan José; Astudillo Ochoa, Sonia MargothThe research was conducted at the Soil Analysis Laboratory of the Faculty of Chemical Sciences at the University of Cuenca. To achieve the main objective, various tests were carried out following the established parameters and criteria. For calcium, a precision with a coefficient of variation of 1.389 % for repeatability and 1.7 % for reproducibility was obtained, with an accuracy of 100.573 % recovery, 0.573 % error, a detection limit of 0.052 ppm, and a quantification limit of 0.175 ppm. For magnesium, the precision showed a coefficient of variation of 2.616 % for repeatability and 2.730 % for reproducibility, with an accuracy of 100.759 % recovery, 0.759 % error, a detection limit of 0.006 ppm, and a quantification limit of 0.021 ppm. For sodium, the precision had a coefficient of variation of 5.48 % for repeatability and 5.70 % for reproducibility, with an accuracy of 98.333 % recovery, 1.666 % error, a detection limit of 0.027 ppm, and a quantification limit of 0.093 ppm. Finally, for potassium, a precision with a coefficient of variation of 2.21 % for repeatability and 2.65 % for reproducibility was obtained, with an accuracy of 98.987 % recovery, 1.012 % error, a detection limit of 0.073 ppm, and a quantification limit of 0.244 ppm. The results were compared with those from the National Institute of Agricultural Research (INIAP), meeting the established parameters and validating the method.
