It also proposes a comparative analysis of these rhythmic features selected works from the Ecuadorian composer Alfonso Arauz, using him manuscripts in confrontation with recordings of selected works. The proposal is articulated around the traditional Ecuadorian rhythm of the albazo, employing an instructional class design based on the principles of Jaques-Dalcroze Eurhythmics, encouraging expressive embodiment through movement. The methodological design encompassed all stages of the educational process—anticipation, development, and consolidation—and was implemented at Unidad Educativa Ciudad de Cuenca. The intervention included rhythmic activities, spatial and energetic movement exploration, collaborative bodily sequences, and scenic performances. Student learning was assessed through rubrics that considered expressiveness, rhythmic accuracy, bodily awareness, and reflective capacity. The findings revealed significant improvements in the students' grasp of the albazo rhythm, their expressive use of movement, and their ability to convey meaningful messages through the body. However, challenges related to rhythmic precision during improvisation and the depth of reflective writing were also identified. These insights informed adjustments to the methodological proposal to improve its pedagogical impact. In conclusion, the study confirms the potential of body percussion as a holistic educational strategy, emphasizing its value in strengthening non-verbal communication, cultural identity, and group cohesion. Furthermore, the systematized experience serves as a replicable model that can be adapted by other educators to enrich artistic instruction in diverse educational settings.Item El proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje para la ejecución del albazo, mediante un grupo vocal-instrumental, en estudiantes de educación general básica superior de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Tcrnl. Lauro Guerrero(2019-10-24) Tandazo Calle, Christian Alexander; Sarango Camacho, Fredy BolívarThe purpose of this research is to propose a didactic guide that guides the teaching - learning process for the execution of the albica, through a vocal - instrumental group, in students of the General Basic Education of the Fiscal Education Unit Tcrnl. Lauro Guerrero. It starts from considering the teaching - learning process of Music Education through the articulation of its didactic components (objectives, contents, teaching strategies, didactic resources, evaluation, how the process is organized). The qualitative-quantitative methodology was selected and theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were applied. From a theoretical level, Analytical - Synthetic, Induction - deduction, Systemic and Modeling were used. From the empirical level the Interview, the Survey, the Pedagogical Test and the Consultation to specialists. From the statistical level, central tendency measures were applied, such as the arithmetic mean, the determination of frequencies (absolute and relative) and the processing of the data by the inverse of the normal curve. The specialists consulted suggest that the didactic guide is quite effective. They recommend, among other elements, to organize the contents by sessions, to consider indicators for the instrumental and vocal evaluation of each student, to include more exercises for the vocal work and to work on the danzario aspect of the awning.
