    Propuesta de capacitación de servicio al cliente para el sector hotelero del cantón Gualaquiza

    The present the essay proposes a Customer Service Training Program for the hotel industry of Gualaquiza canton, with the participation of the lodging establishments duly registered in the Tourism Unit of the Autonomous Decentralized Government of Gualaquiza; the proposal will also contribute with one of the objectives of the Annual Operating Plan put forward by the Tourism Unit, it aims to improve customer attention and tourist services. In order to make the proposal, first, we identified the tourist accommodations registered in the Tourism Unit of Gualaquiza, through semi-structured interviews to the hotel managers, next, we analyzed the necessity for training in the hotel industries, and later on we presented the customer -service training proposal for the hotel industry of Gualaquiza with the description of the moduli and topics for training.
