Item Análisis del nivel de la vocación turística de una comunidad indígena de la zona sur del Ecuador. Caso de estudio: comunidad Tun Tun Bucashi, Cantón Loja(Universidad de Cuenca, 2024-09-16) Arévalo Quito, Sandy Carolina; Saca Lozano, Sisa Pakari; Galarza Cordero, Miguel ÁngelThe Tun Tun Bucashi indigenous community, located in San Lucas parish of Loja canton, in southern Ecuador, has natural and cultural resources that generate tourist interest. However, in order to promote efficient tourism development, it is crucial to consider other conditioning factors, since the mere presence of resources is not enough. In this sense, this research analyzes the level of the community's tourist vocation with a qualitative observational approach, through the following phases: (1) focus groups were held to develop a SWOT analysis of the current situation of the territory from the perspective of tourism; (2) semi structured interviews were conducted with internal and external stakeholders to identify potentialities and limitations. Based on the results, it is concluded that the community does not have several fundamental conditioning factors for the development of community tourism, which start from a lack of knowledge in the field of tourism, poor leadership, absence of external actors and inadequate infrastructure. The absence of these key elements has led to a lack of tourism in the community, which hinders the development of tourism activities today.Item Propuesta de actividades turísticas sostenibles para fomentar el turismo comunitario y el turismo de aventura en el Mirador Mama Tepal de la parroquia rural Santa Ana, cantón Cuenca.(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-11-08) Gálvez Duchitanga, Lina Valeria; Rodas Pesántez, Joselyne Estefanía; Galarza Cordero, Miguel ÁngelSanta Ana is a rural parish in canton Cuenca, dating from before 1870.
