In this academic essay will be performed an analysis of the satisfaction level of the users of the project "Ruta Recreativa", which will allow to identify clearly and precisely the features, strengths and weaknesses of the route, and also shows the perception of the users about the services offered in the route, using the quantitative method, preparing and conducting surveys to the different users of the route.
To develop the essay in the first section is presented a SWOT, an analysis of the main characteristics of the Recreation Path, followed by the second section where the actual number of users and the main perceptions or views are identified, after analyzing the problems in the route the section three offers possible solutions to achieve a better performance and handling of the recreational route and for the benefit of its members.
