Therefore, the present investigation has the purpose of knowing the possible link between tourism and activities productive facilities as an alternative for sustainable development. For this, it was analyzed the perceptions of the actors associated and not associated with the tourist activity and their favorable and adverse conditions for the management of a responsible tourism model. In the first instance, a situational analysis of the site was carried out in relation to the use of its resources, through secondary information. In the second instance, it conducted semi-structured interviews (residents, public sector actors and private) in order to analyze their perception of tourism as a means of development sustainable for the venue. Finally, the favorable conditions were determined and adverse effects of productive activities for tourism management. After analysis, it Two substantial elements are concluded, the first: that both associated and non-associated actors associated with tourist activity, see tourism as an alternative activity and development, because they perceive the potentiality of the enclosure to be linked to the tourist activity. For its part, the second element establishes that within the productive activities of this enclosure, the collection of crabs is more susceptible to being linked to tourism, due to a greater rapprochement with actors of the public and private sector associated with tourism activity. However, one of the greatest limitations to consolidate a model of responsible tourism management, is poor planning, which is essential for the development of this activity.
