    La bioclimatización y su adaptación e integración al sector de la construcción

    The present study proposes an initiative to develop a new type of construction that presents comfort related to climatisation of a housing. This kind of construction is friendly with the environment and energy consumption as well. This project includes criteria and elements of a housing design with bioclimatización that may be adapted to local condition as far as solar energy is used as a main solar source at housing, considering some of the factors that influence in the correct climatisation, such as location, orientation, wind intensity, environment temperature, type of materials among others. The operation of the construction could present higher costs than an average house. However, it is important to mention that the expenditures could be recovered continuously since the housing structure is designed for significant decrease in energy consumption to short and long term in order to reduce high expenditures in consumption of artificial energy that will be reflected in energy payroll.
