Item Guía didáctica para el desarrollo de habilidades auditivas en los estudiantes del primer ciclo de los itinerarios de Producción y Educación Musical de la carrera de Artes Musicales de la Universidad de Cuenca(Universidad de Cuenca, 2024-09-03) Calle Galarza, Josué Alejandro; Hudson Vizcaíno, Belkis AsunciónThe main goal of the work hereby is the realization of a didactic guide for the development of auditory skills in the students of the first semester of the majoring in production and musical education of the bachelor in Musical Arts of the University of Cuenca. The problem originates in the deficiency of musical preparation and in the technical skills necessary for the development of aural training, which motivated the elaboration of a guide to support their knowledge. Qualitative techniques are favored based on observation and interview techniques, using observation and interview techniques, and focuses on the educational environment and its practical application. The research is based on the constructivist paradigm, emphasizing reflection, problem solving and experimentation. It is also based on the didactic principles of Edgar Willems, Zoltán Kodály and Carl Orff. The guide consists of exercises designed progressively, facilitating students to face technical and interpretative challenges with the purpose of stimulating autonomous learning, creativity and the search for innovative solutions, in conjunction with the professorship of Ear training I. The problem is based on the need to adapt the methodology of teaching the guitar to the specific requirements of the visually impaired student. The research adopts an applied, exploratory, and descriptive methodology, which exposes different procedures for teaching the guitar through the Braille system. The guide has a progressive design that allows visually impaired students to understand the different scales, chords, arpeggios, technical aspects of the instrument and repertoire works, adjusting to their physical requirements. The teaching methodology proposed in this guide seeks to encourage the active participation of both the student and the teacher. For this, it adopts the constructivist approach and uses the active methods of musical education proposed by the pedagogues Martenot and Willems. These methods promote the development of listening skills, rhythmic, creative work, experimentation, and sound exploration, which favors the technical and interpretive growth of students with this disability.Item Propuesta didáctica para la enseñanza inicial del lenguaje musical basado en el sistema braille, aplicando ejercicios melódicos y rítmicos(Universidad de Cuenca. Facultad de Artes, 2025-12-11) Pinos Altamirano, Raúl Patricio; Hudson Vizcaíno, Belkis AsunciónThis work presents a didactic proposal aimed at the initial teaching of musical language using the braille system, applying melodic and rhythmic exercises. With this proposal, it is planned to instruct blind students in the fundamentals of musical language, adapting a methodology that allows them to become familiar with braille musicography, an essential teaching resource, which through practical and progressive activities will help them develop their ability and musical creativity. Therefore, this research aims to identify barriers and needs in the teaching-learning of musical language when using the braille system as the main guide tool for blind students. Adjusting to the context of their learning, a series of exercises will be developed focused mainly on children's songs, which will help these students to have a more active participation, promoting inclusion in musical education, in turn, that the methodological proposal proposed, it will allow teachers to reduce the accessibility barriers to music education that students with visual disabilities have, satisfying their learning needs and enriching their knowledge of music.Item Sistematización del conocimiento tradicional sobre la ejecución del arpa diatónica en el Ecuador para su aplicación en la educación musical(2019-03-20) Castro Miranda, Luis Arturo; Hudson Vizcaíno, Belkis AsunciónThe purpose of this work is the systematization of traditional knowledge about the execution of diatonic harp in Ecuador for its application in Music Education, in the field of the Institutions that use the syllabus of Artistic Baccalaureate such as Music Conservatories and Art & Music Schools, which are guided by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador. This work shows a clear vision of the origins of diatonic harp worldwide and its arrival in Ecuador since Spanish conquest and colony times, as well as its development in a native and mestizo cultural context, besides contributing with the information of remarkable artists, some still in the spotlight.
