Item Identificación de factores de clima laboral que influyen en la satisfacción y el desempeño organizacional de Flores del Lago 2022(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-12-10) Arcentales Peralta, Camila Belén; Escandón Morales, María SoledadThe study carried out at the Flores del Lago FLORLAGO company aims to determine the organizational climate factors and their influence on job satisfaction and job performance of the 22 workers in the three work areas in this year. Therefore, taking into account the instruments used to measure these variables and the determination of Spearman's correlation coefficient, it is concluded that some organizational climate factors have a significant influence on job satisfaction but not on job performance. The organizational climate characteristics with the highest correlation with satisfaction are cohesion, equity, recognition and autonomy; these factors have a positive impact. On the other hand, pressure negatively affects the worker's intrinsic job satisfaction. As for the relationship with job performance, there is a weak relationship between the recognition and innovation characteristics of the organizational climate, however, it is not considered a significant impact.
