    Propuesta de rediseño y ampliación de la academia de desarrollo artístico integral para niños denominada “Klan Kreativo”, basado en la metodología de Emmi Pikler

    This thesis focuses on the redesign and expansion of the spaces of the integral artistic academy “Klan Kreativo”, located in the city of Cuenca. The proposal seeks to transform the infrastructure of the academy following the principles of Emmi Pikler's methodology, in order to promote the integral development of children in pre-school education. This methodology prioritizes freedom of movement and autonomous learning, essential elements to stimulate creativity and personal development of students. The project incorporates a peer analysis, which facilitates the identification of areas that can be implemented within the spaces not occupied by the academy in the current state. In addition, a study of influential aspects within the design in educational areas was carried out, in order to establish a chromatic, formal and functional proposal that reinforces a welcoming, stimulating and suitable environment for learning. The proposal contemplates the incorporation of furniture for preschool children, aligned with the principles of autonomy of the Pikler methodology. These elements help students to interact with the space in an active way, promoting innovative teaching where the physical environment becomes an ally of learning. This project, therefore, not only responds to the needs of the academy, but also introduces an educational model that encourages creativity and the holistic development of children.
