Propuesta de un método de logística para el trabajo de campo en Consocio Barridos Prediales EC.

The objective of this research is to propose to the Consorcio Barridos Prediales EC., a logistics method to optimize the distribution of: transportation the staff to field, distribution of the supervision in field, review of the DGN and the distribution of diffusers for each brigade, as this has approximately 110 people leaving the rural sector of Cuenca Canton daily to lifting property information. To do this, we used a graphical method which consist in situate to each member of the Consortium in a georeferenced map using aerial photographs, and this will be achieved efficiently identify the best way the distribution above referred. This method uses the materials and tools of the company and is designed for lifting rural property. With this has been achieved that the Consorcio will begin its work every day with an organized distribution, reducing transportation time staff to field and improving the control of the supervision and broadcasting, and with this the Consorcio has obtained to improve the quantity and quality of the product. Finally, this methodology could be applied in school transportation, transportation of staff of any Company, and in the logistics of public companies that leave to camp as INEC, ARCSA, EMAC, etc.
