Item Estudio in vitro de la resistencia adhesiva en la interfaz de resina entre la base del pad y el resinoso utilizado en cementación indirecta de la técnica lingual(2016) Balarezo Gutiérrez, Maritza Alexandra; Andrade Solís, María DanielaIn order to minimize delays during debonding of any accessory Lingual orthodontic treatment, it is considered that the adhesion force is very important, especially when located in different interfaces present between the bracket and the resin PAD; PAD between resin and light-curing cement and between the tooth enamel and resin cement. As this study has focused on determining the adhesive strength in located between the resin base PAD and the photopolymerizable resin cement using hydrofluoric acid and aluminum oxide as treatment prior surface indirect cementation of the lingual technique interface . MATERIALS AND METHODS: The type of study was experimental "in vitro" with a sample of 30 test bodies made of resin Transbond XT, used for making a blister pack of brackets, three different protocols were followed; G1 or control group without any preparation, G2 with application of aluminum oxide, 50 microns for 10 seconds on the surface of the test body, G3 application hydrofluoric acid with 9% at the surface of the test body for 10 minutes. Prior to the test of adhesive strength, precision cutting was performed on each test body, thus obtaining 45 test strips, each of the samples was attached to a sample holder for testing micro drive, the same as was done with universal machine Instron model 5942 Mini at a constant strain rate of 0.5 mm / min. The data were subjected to the test of Normality waste Shapiro Wilk (p> 0.05) and Levene for the analysis of homogeneity of variances. The adhesive strength was compared between groups by analysis of variance (ANOVA) as the sole factor for data processing. For all analyzes the significance level was 5% (p <0.05) with a confidence level of 95% (95% CI). significant values below 0.05 were considered statistically. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: The results of ANOVA revealed that the surface treatment factor F (2,12) = 2.52; p = 0.12 is not significant, therefore different surface treatments (oxide aluminum and hydrofluoric acid) used are equivalent to the control group, indicating that not influence significantly the bond strength values (RA) in the preparation of the localized between the resin base of the PAD and the light-curing resin cement interface; concluding that you can use any treatment protocol indicated in this research area.
