| Abstract: | Forming a couple and building a family are important events in people’s life. In history we can see how this has happened, and how over time this practice, although it has not changed in the background and purpose, if in the form. Several years ago family used to arrange marriages, nowadays people is free to marry who they want. The purpose of this work is to equip couples and families with a psychoeducational manual that will help them to form as individuals committed to the family, knowing the rights and obligations that are acquired at the beginning of this new stage in their life cycle, and thus strengthen the relationship and family integration. The methodology applied in this study and the preparation of the manual, is the descriptive analytical research of bibliographical, scientific and spiritual character for the formation of the couple and the family. It is divided into four main themes: Family dynamics, life cycle, family conflict index and a manual for the formation of the couple and the family. In conclusion, the present study will contribute as a psychoeducational guide for the individual, the couple, the family, the society and the professional activity of the Family Counselor and other professionals who work in the family therapeutics. |
| Resumen : | Formar una pareja y construir una familia han sido y son acontecimientos importantes en la vida de los individuos, lo podemos ver en la historia, de cómo esto ha ocurrido, y como con el tiempo esta práctica, aunque no ha cambiado en el fondo y propósito, si en la forma. Antes te elegían la pareja, ahora la eliges tú. La finalidad de este trabajo es equipar a las parejas y la familia con un manual psicoeducativo que les ayudara a formarse como individuos comprometidos con la familia, conociendo los derechos y obligaciones que se adquieren al comenzar esta nueva etapa y su ciclo vital, y así fortalecer la relación de pareja y la integración familiar. La metodología aplicada en este estudio y elaboración del manual, es la investigación descriptiva analítica de carácter bibliográfico, y científico para la formación de la pareja y la familia. Se divide en cuatro grandes temáticas: La dinámica familiar, ciclo vital, índice de conflictos familiares y un manual para la formación de la formación de la pareja y la familia. Concluyendo, el presente estudio contribuirá como una guía psicoeducativa para el individuo, la pareja, la familia, la sociedad y la actividad profesional del Orientador Familiar y otros profesionales que trabajan en la terapéutica familiar. |
