Manual para la formación de la pareja y la familia

Abstract

Forming a couple and building a family are important events in people’s life. In history we can see how this has happened, and how over time this practice, although it has not changed in the background and purpose, if in the form. Several years ago family used to arrange marriages, nowadays people is free to marry who they want. The purpose of this work is to equip couples and families with a psychoeducational manual that will help them to form as individuals committed to the family, knowing the rights and obligations that are acquired at the beginning of this new stage in their life cycle, and thus strengthen the relationship and family integration. The methodology applied in this study and the preparation of the manual, is the descriptive analytical research of bibliographical, scientific and spiritual character for the formation of the couple and the family. It is divided into four main themes: Family dynamics, life cycle, family conflict index and a manual for the formation of the couple and the family. In conclusion, the present study will contribute as a psychoeducational guide for the individual, the couple, the family, the society and the professional activity of the Family Counselor and other professionals who work in the family therapeutics.
