Abstract
This article presents a brief discussion about the importance of engineering laboratory practice, and how these contribute to the achievement of meaningful learning by students. It also makes recommendations for the development of practice guidelines and the role it should play both students and teachers to achieve the desired goals.
Resumen
En la actualidad, la educación impartida en las aulas universitarias se enfrenta a vahos problemas. El más importante radica en el hecho de que, aún se viene impartiendo, una enseñanza memorística o mecánica, ya que no se emplea una metodología adecuada para alcanzar un verdadero aprendizaje por parte de los alumnos.
