El avance generacional y tecnológico ligado a una nueva mirada educativa

Abstract

This monographic work entitled: "The generational and technological advance linked to a new educational look", is located in the field of education and aims to demonstrate bibliographically the alterations in behavior, attitudes, habits and communication of the current generation, called "Generation Z", taking in characteristics of liquid modernity, raised by the sociologist and philosopher Zygmunt Bauman, coupled with a technologized world. Therefore, it is necessary to understand and identify the conflicts that can be generated in the teaching-learning process. The theoretical basis was based on documentary research, selecting and compiling information by means of analysis and critical reading. Therefore, it is shown that the characteristics of liquid modernity, added to technological progress, have certainly had an impact on the attitudes and behaviors of students. Therefore, teachers need to redirect their educational practice to new strategies, which is why a liquid pedagogy, as defined by some authors, must be adopted to face education in times of individualism, shortterm vision, uncertainty and instability.
