| dc.description | La presente tesis tiene como objetivo presentar una propuesta viable para la implementación del Fondo de Desarrollo Ambiental de CELEC EP-Hidropaute, que buscará dar un asesoramiento técnico a los Proyectos comunitarios emprendidos por los habitantes asentados alrededor de la zona de Influencia del Complejo Paute Integral. La metodología utilizada para el levantamiento de información será el método de investigación de campo, que es por medio de entrevistas a los trabajadores y gente relacionada con el Fondo. Se recolectará toda la información con la finalidad de llegar a palpar la realidad de las personas llamadas a plantear los Proyectos y se diseñará formatos para su presentación, los cuales dejaran la idea central clara y definida, buscado que sean sustentables y capaces de ser planificados, ejecutados y controlados por personas encargadas de CELEC EP-Hidropaute. La propuesta de implementación a demás tratará de dar al Fondo de Desarrollo Ambiental un horizonte claro y alcanzable, con el planteamiento de una Planificación Estratégica, un levantamiento de los procesos a realizar y la determinación de las funciones de cada uno de los empleados, buscando el mejor desarrollo de la empresa. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis has the object to present a viable proposal for the implementation of the Environmental Development Fund CELEC EP - Hidropaute, which seek to provide technical advice to community projects undertaken by the inhabitants settled around the area of influence of the Paute Integral Complex. The methodology used for the collection of information will be the method of field research, which will be done by interviewing workers and people associated with the Fund. All information will be collected in order to get to see the reality of the people called to ask for Projects and formats will be designed for its presentation, in order to give a clear defined central idea, looking to be sustainable and able to be planned, executed and controlled by the responsible persons of CELEC EP-Hidropaute. The proposed implementation also try to give the Environmental Development Fund a clear and achievable horizon, with the approach of Strategic Planning, a survey of the processes to be performed and the determination of the functions of each of the employees, seeking better development of the company. | es_ES |
