| dc.description | La enfermera constituye el eje fundamental del equipo para la coordinación y planificación de actividades que benefician al paciente. Considerando que el área cirugía del hospital José Carrasco Arteaga , brinda atención de tercer, la enfermera profesional juega un papel importante en el cuidado del enfermo, por tanto, su preparación incluye un conjunto de conocimientos teórico-práctico y humanos sobre los cuales se basa su accionar. El proceso de atención de enfermería al ser un método a través del cual se aplica una base teórica y científica al ejercicio profesional; permite a partir del diagnostico de enfermería, planificar, ejecutar y evaluar el cuidado en forma eficaz. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la aplicación del proceso de atención de enfermería en pacientes post operados. El método de investigación fue cuali-cuantitativo; las técnicas: entrevista y observación; la muestra de 10 enfermeras profesionales de cuarto nivel y dos internas de enfermería. Según resultados obtenidos en nuestra investigación, las enfermeras profesionales que laboran en el servicio de cirugía conocen las cinco etapas del proceso de atención de enfermería, pero la aplicación de estas en el cuidado directo es de forma parcial, situación que repercute en la atención del paciente. Por la importancia que tiene la atención de enfermería para mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes, se elaboro una propuesta para que el personal profesional rememore y este en constante actualización sobre los avances científicos, técnicos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The nurse constitutes the fundamental axis of the equipment for the coordination and planning of activities that benefit the patient. Considering that the area surgery of the hospital “Jose Carrasco Arteaga”, offers attention of third, the professional nurse plays an important role in the care of the patient, therefore, its preparation includes a theoretical-practical set of knowledge and humans on who his is based to drive. The process of attention from infirmary to the being a method through what a theoretical and scientific base is applied to the professional exercise; it allows from the infirmary diagnosis, to plan, to execute and to evaluate the care in effective form. The present investigation had like objective to determine the application of the process of attention of infirmary in operated patients post. The investigation method was cuali-quantitative; the techniques: interview and observation; the sample of 10 professional nurses of fourth level and two interns of infirmary. According to results obtained in our investigation, the professional nurses who toil in the service of surgery know the five stages the process attention infirmary, but the application of these in the direct care is of partial form, situation that repels in the attention of the patient.
