Planificación estratégica para la Cámara de la Pequeña Industria del Azuay (CAPIA) comprendido para el periodo 2024 - 2027

Abstract

The main objective of the integrative project presented is to propose a strategic planning for the Chamber of Small Industry of Azuay (CAPIA) for the period 2024-2027. This project begins with the background of the guild in which the history of the guild, the mission, vision and organizational values are taken into account, the services and organizational structure of the guild will be described. Based on the data obtained from the Porter's Five Forces analysis, PESTEL and also a benchmarking of the Chambers of the sector, the EFE, EFI and MPC matrices will be created. Thanks to these matrices, strategies will be generated through the SWOT matrix. Likewise, a financial analysis, horizontal analysis and a cash flow for the coming years will be presented. Likewise, the results obtained in the Strategic Position and Action Evaluation matrix will be presented, in which a conservative profile will be highlighted, in which the strategies and an annual operating plan for these strategies will be presented. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of this project will be shown, at this point the findings of the project will be highlighted, which will help as a guide in the decision making of the guild and give a better competitive positioning in the market.
