dc.descriptionEl ciclo Planificar, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar (PDCA) es un herramienta metodológica de mejora continua la cual se utiliza para la aplicación, interpretación, evaluación y mejora de procedimientos mediante sus cuatro etapas e inicia en la fase planificación en donde se establece la oportunidad de mejorar, en la fase ejecutar se implementan las metas, se recoge y registra datos, en la fase verificación se analizan datos y se evalúa el cumplimiento de los objetivos hasta que finalmente en la fase acción se toman medidas para mejorar el proceso seleccionado.
dc.description.abstractThe Plan, Do, Check and Act (PDCA) cycle is a methodological tool for continuous improvement which is used for the application, interpretation, evaluation and improvement of procedures through its four stages and begins in the planning phase where the opportunity for improvement is established, in the execution phase the goals are implemented, data is collected and recorded, in the verification phase data is analyzed and compliance with the objectives is evaluated until finally in the action phase measures are taken to improve the selected process.
