| dc.description | Introducción: Los determinantes sociales de la salud según la organización mundial de la salud (OMS) son las circunstancias en que las personas nacen, crecen, viven, trabajan y envejecen, incluido el sistema de salud. La adolescencia es una etapa determinante para la adquisición y fortalecimiento de los estilos de vida, porque es un periodo donde se autentican algunos comportamientos de la infancia y se añaden nuevos como resultado del entorno familiar, laboral y social que los rodea, protegiéndolos o incrementando su vulnerabilidad. Objetivo General: Identificar los determinantes sociales y conductas violentas en los estudiantes del Nivel Secundario de la unidad educativa “Luis Roberto Bravo”. Cuenca.2016. Metodología y material: La investigación es cuantitativa, el estudio es descriptivo transversal. El universo está conformado por 400 estudiantes del Nivel Secundario de la Unidad Educativa “Luis Roberto Bravo” año lectivo 2016-2017. El cálculo muestral corresponde a 132 estudiantes. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó la encuesta sobre los Determinantes Sociales y Conductas Violentas en los Adolescentes. Para la tabulación de datos se utilizó los programas SPSS statistics 22.0 y Excel; los resultados son representados en tablas con frecuencias y porcentajes. Resultados: En cuanto a los determinantes sociales tenemos que la instrucción de los padres el 39.4% no ha terminado la primaria, 60.6% culminaron sus estudios. El nivel socioeconómico son 11.4% bajo, 84,1% medio y el 4,5% alta por lo que el mayor porcentaje son de clase media y baja. Según la Disfuncionalidad Familiar, el 59,1% funcional, un 34,1% moderada y tan solo un 6,8% severa. De acuerdo a las conductas violentas y agresivas, el 58,3% es moderada, y un 5,3% severa por lo que se puede decir que más de la mitad de estudiantes tienen una conducta violenta y agresiva hacia sus otros compañeros o personas. Conclusiones: Los factores más importantes asociados a los determinantes sociales y conductas violentas en los adolescentes de la Unidad Educativa “Luis Roberto Bravo” fueron: condición socioeconómica, instrucción de los padres, con quien vive el estudiante, disfuncionalidad familiar y conductas violentas y agresivas | es_ES |

Methodology and materials: The research is quantitative, the study is a descriptive cross-sectional study. The universe is made up of 400 students at the Secondary Level of the Educational Unit "Luis Roberto Bravo" from the school year 2016-2017. The calculation of the sample corresponds to 132 students. For the collection of the information, we used the survey on the Social Determinants and Violent Behavior in Adolescents. For tabulation of data was used the SPSS Statistics 22.0 and Excel; the results are represented in tables with frequencies and percentages.
