dc.descriptionEl presente estudio es de tipo epidemiológico descriptivo, el universo lo constituyen todos los padres de familia y alumnos de la Escuela Rafael Aguilar de la ciudad de Cuenca. La muestra seleccionada anteriormente se formó con cien niños y sus respectivos padres. Los datos fueron recopilados utilizando un formulario y la información procesada mediante el programa estdístico EPI-INFO. Nuestro objetivo fue la determinación de los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas que sobre el juego tenían los padres y niños involucrados en la investigación. Encontrando que los resultados son prometedores, el juego es entre nosotros una actividad familiar, se prefieren aún los juegos de tradición, lo que nos indica que en ellos hay una oportunidad para la integración familiar y para constituir las escuelas en entidades de formación integral, que contemplen no solo la mente del niño sino también el cuerpo, su espíritu y su identidades_ES
dc.description.abstractThis study is descriptive epidemiological, the universe is formed by all parents and students of the School Rafael Aguilar Cuenca. The selected sample is formed above a hundred children and their parents. Data were collected using a form and the information processed by EPI-INFO estdístico program. Our objective was to determine the knowledge, attitudes and practices about the game had parents and children involved in the research. Finding that the results are promising, the game is between us a family activity, games still prefer tradition, which tells us that in them is an opportunity for family integration and to establish schools in comprehensive education institutions, which cover not only the child's mind but also the body, spirit and identityes_ES
