dc.descriptionEl objetivo general de esta investigación es obtener un forjado prefabricado seco, ligero, económico y de rápida construcción que cumpla con los requerimientos de resistencia y servicio de las viviendas. Para alcanzar dicho objetivo se investigó el estado del arte de los sistemas constructivos y métodos de fabricación de forjados secos; los materiales utilizados en la fabricación de los mismos, sus principales características y propiedades. Se analizó la morfología del diseño de los sistemas más representativos desde el punto de vista arquitectónico y estructural, de tal forma que se alcanzó el diseño y construcción de una placa prefabricada construida en seco, ligera y económica, así mismo, se logró precisar el método de armado, el tiempo, y la mano de obra, al igual que después de haber sometido a ensayos de resistencia de carga, se comprobó el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de resistencia y servicio de las viviendas con respecto a la normativa. Alcanzando de esta forma los objetivos propuestos.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe overall objective of this research is to obtain a precast dry slab, light, economic and quick construction that meets the requirements of endurance and housing service. To achieve this goal we investigated the state of the art of construction systems and methods of manufacture of dry slabs; the materials used in the manufacture of the same, its key features and properties. The morphology of the most representative systems design was analyzed from the point of view of architectural and structural, so that met the design and construction of a precast dry slab, light and economic, likewise, was to specify assembly method, time, and manpower, as after having to undergo trials of load resistance found to be compliance with the requirements of strength and service of dwellings with respect to the regulations. Thus achieving the proposed objectives.es_ES
