Abstract
Many centuries after a theory of textual criticism or textology was systematized, which supports the work of critical publishing and is known as ecdotic, the title Praxis editorial y lengua española is directed towards a theory of ordinary publishing: necessity that demands the panorama culture of the 21st century. Located in the daily editorial praxis, and socializing the results of a deep philological research, here the foundations of the editor-text-author relationship are presented from the theoretical and procedural, with the doxa that will make this treatise a fundamental work of Consultation for any specialist who works in relation to the Spanish language, much more if it is an intermediary between other people's texts in any medium and a growing community of readers. The book was recognized with the 2013 Cuban Academy of Sciences Award.
Resumen
Muchos siglos después de sistematizarse una teoría de la crítica textual o textología, que respalda las labores de la edición crítica y se conoce como ecdótica, el título Praxis editorial y lengua española se dirige hacia una teoría de la edición ordinaria: necesidad que reclama el panorama cultural del siglo XXI. Ubicado en la praxis editorial cotidiana, y socializando los resultados de una profunda investigación filológica, aquí se presentan los fundamentos de la relación editor-texto-autor desde lo teórico y lo procedimental, con la doxa que permitirá hacer de este tratado una obra fundamental de consulta para todo especialista que trabaje en relación con la lengua española, mucho más si resulta un intermediario entre textos ajenos en cualquier soporte y una creciente comunidad de lectores. El libro fue reconocido con el Premio Academia de Ciencias de Cuba 2013.
