| dc.description | Tránsito y seguridad en la autopista Cuenca-Azogues La presente tesina sobre, “TRÁNSITO Y SEGURIDAD EN LA AUTOPISTA CUENCA-AZOGUES” tiene como objetivo analizar los factores más influyentes en los accidentes automovilísticos que se producen en la autopista Cuenca-Azogues, con la finalidad de reducir el alto porcentaje de heridos y muertes. Estos hechos se han convertido en la segunda causa de muerte en nuestro país por lo tanto es necesario exigir al Estado Ecuatoriano la enseñanza obligatoria en educación vial, conforme establece la Ley Orgánica de Transporte Terrestre, Tránsito y Seguridad Vial (LOTTTSV); y de esta manera reducir el índice de los accidentes de tránsito. | es_ES |
