Item Entre ellas y ellos: un análisis de la violencia de género en las relaciones de noviazgo en jóvenes adolescentes de Cuenca(2017) Ochoa Crespo, Eva Faviola; Pontón Cevallos, Jenny MarcelaAlthough violence affects at some point in life both men and women, its impact varies according to multiple factors and causes, directly influencing the construction of relationships. Between them and them: An analysis of gender violence in dating relationships in young people is a qualitative research proposal whose objective is to contrast the experiences that marked the 15 to 18 year olds of the Cuenca, the relationships of courtship, as a consequence of the violence that lived observed in his family nucleus, from the conceptual feminist conceptual view of gender. Confirmation that the unequal distribution of power and asymmetrical relationships between men and women are perpetuated in the family and remain a fundamental factor in the replication of attitudes or actions of violence in relationships of youthful courtship. The gender approach allowed us to contribute in the analysis and establish the difference in the dynamics of youth relationships on marital life and courtship in the dynamics of reactive violence of women versus the instrumental part by Men in the type of relations of the present investigation.Item La seguridad del usuario del sistema financiero en la ciudad de Cuenca, en el período comprendido de enero a diciembre del 2015(2017) Calle Alvarez, Germán Oswaldo; Pontón Cevallos, Kleber DanielBank security policies and the knowledge of the same by the users that go to the financial system, motivate to reflect on this social problematic that is generated in this sector. Financial institutions generate preventive security policies that are often not known to their clients, generating a problem of insecurity in banks, cooperatives and mutualists in the city of Cuenca. Citizens are mostly aware of the preventive actions that banking has to prevent theft and robbery, however, implementation and ignorance are associated factors to continue to present these types of crimes.Item La participación comunitaria en el contexto de la seguridad ciudadana(2017) Maldonado Ulloa, Pedro Ernesto; Andrade Verdugo, Efrén PatricioThis research exposes several factors related to the perception of public safety, public policies implemented, community empowerment around these policies, as well as the perception of security in this parish and the population's approach to implementation of new public policies in matters of citizen security in the Yanuncay parish of the Cuenca canton.Item Análisis de los delitos denunciados en la ciudad de Cuenca durante el período enero a diciembre del año 2015 como elementos que incrementan la inseguridad ciudadana(2017) Bernal Estrada, Vivianna Alexandra; Verdugo Silva, Julio TeodoroThis document constitutes a contribution to discern the dynamics of the commission of the crime in the canton Cuenca, during the period January to December of the year 2015, based on the complaints that are received in the Council of the Judiciary of the Azuay and Provincial Prosecutor of the Azuay; And, which in turn are compiled in the Center for Strategic Studies of the Citizen Security Council. To try to discern the causality of the criminal indices evidenced in this analysis, it was necessary to start from a quantitative diagnosis that reflects the reality of the denounced facts; from this, the analysis of each component identifies the phenomena that cause violence in its multiple manifestations. In a compendium of structural and behavioral elements, the urban phenomenon of violence is no more than a social manifestation of an existing conflict, which compromises human interactions from social needs and from the shortcomings of intervention strategies and policies citizen security.Item Análisis de la efectividad de las medidas de seguridad pública en la prevención del delito en la parroquia El Sagrario desde enero hasta agosto 2016(2016) Bacuilima Chuqui, María Fernanda; Verdugo Silva, Julio TeodoroThe multi-causality and plurality of violence makes it necessary to understand the specific social problems that are generated in each sector with the objective of generating public policies based on the perception and needs of citizens. The greatest problem of insecurity in the city of Cuenca is the robbery and theft of people, the place of greatest incidence is the parish of El Sagrario, which demonstrated the need to determine the motivators that generate the problem in the parish and the evaluation by part of the citizenry to the two most emblematic citizen security strategies in the prevention and control of crime.Item La seguridad de la mujer en el espacio público de la ciudad de Cuenca(2017) Argudo Cabrera, Inés Rosario; Andino Espinoza, Sandra JosefinaWomen are afraid to participate fully in the public space; their fear perception is greater to the level of victimization. The uncomfortable infrastructure of public spaces, built without a gender perspective and social deterioration, which is evident in the level of violence faced by citizenship; are the main reasons that justify the low women presence in the public spaces around the city of Cuenca. An investigation was carried out that has as main objective to know the insecurity perception that the women have in the public spaces, as reference was taken the parish Totoracocha. The main findings were: The level of perception of insecurity is greater than the victimization of women and the greater participation fears in the public space are generated by groups of young people who are smoking, drinking and using drugs in the parksItem Tránsito y seguridad en la autopista Cuenca-Azogues(2017) Ochoa Cárdenas, Juan Homero; Mulla Avila, Freddi HumbertoTraffic and safety on the highway Cuenca-Azogues The current thesis on "TRANSIT and SAFETY ON THE MOTORWAY CUENCA-AZOGUES" thesis aims to analyze the most influential factors in accidents that occur on the Cuenca-Azogues Highway, in order to reduce the high percentage of injuries and deaths. These events have become the second leading cause of death in our country so it is necessary to demand from the Ecuadorian State compulsory education in driver education, as established in the organic law of land transport, transit and road safety (LOTTTSV); and in this way reduce the rate of traffic accidents.Item Atención efectiva del ECU 911 en las emergencias de salud en Cuenca. 2014(2016) Figueroa Segarra, Luis Fernando; Quesada Orellana, Víctor ManuelThis research titled Effective Care ECU-911 in health emergencies in Cuenca. 2014, presents an approach to the activity of ECU-911, in relation to emergency care and more specifically to health emergencies. Thesis starts with basic exposure categories around emergency care in the context of action by the ECU-911. Continues with the presentation of results of health emergencies, for the year 2014, tabulated and graphed analytical and interpretive manner that allow us to appreciate the effectiveness of care in health emergencies in Cuenca, 2014.
