dc.descriptionEl resultado final de la monografía establece soluciones constructivas y de reforzamiento para ciertos elementos estructurales del Colegio Nacional Ingapirca, entre ellos vigas y columnas, los mismos que han sido evaluados por un estudio patológico y sometidos a diferentes pruebas destructivas, semi-destructivas y no destructivas con ensayos de carbonatación, extracción de núcleos, esclerometría y escaneo de armaduras. En base a esta diagnosis se modeló diferentes pórticos utilizando el software SAP 2000 con el propósito de determinar las partes vulnerables de la edificación y de esta manera definir la necesidad de una intervención para el refuerzo estructural y devolver a sus elementos la capacidad soportante adecuada. De igual manera se establecen soluciones para otro tipo de patologías encontradas como humedad, desprendimiento de revestimiento en paredes, fisuras y agrietamiento. Las soluciones para la rehabilitación están acompañadas de una valorización económica, donde se analizan precios de materiales y costos de mano de obra.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe final result of the monograph provides constructive and reinforcing solutions to certain structural elements of Ingapirca National High school, including theirbeams and columns, which have been evaluated by a pathological and have been under study at different destructive testing, semi-destructive and non-destructive testing like carbonation, coring, esclerometría and frame scan. Based on this diagnosis we modeled different frames using SAP 2000 software in order to identify vulnerable parts of the building and thus define the need for intervention for structural reinforcement elements and return to their proper bearing capacity. In the same way we describe solutions to other pathologies found as moisture, release coating walls, fissures and cracks. The solutions for rehabilitation are accompanied by an economic chart, which analyzes prices of materials and labor costs.es_ES
