dc.descriptionEcuador ofrece una variedad de lugares costaneros donde se puede hacer turismo, en nuestro país las playas son de acceso universal por este motivo la oferta de hospedaje presenta diferentes características, que se acomodan de cierta forma a la capacidad económica de las familias. El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como propósito proponer un proyecto que constituye en el diseño de un complejo vacacional que cuente con un área de hospedaje, un área comercial, y un área exclusivamente recreativa. El proyecto en mención está des¬tinado a personas de clase media. El terreno en el que se edificará el complejo está ubicado en el km 9 1/2 vía Data, para la elaboración de la propuesta realizamos una investigación de la deman¬da turística de la zona; un análisis del desarrollo que ha experimentado Playas en lo que hace referencia a su infraestructura turística, en el mismo se consideró las técnicas utilizadas. Además, se consideró los atractivos turísticos del cantón relacionados con manifestaciones culturales propias del mismo como: fiestas, celebraciones, gastronomía, etc. También se realizó un levantamiento de información de línea base con encuestas a moradores y a turistas, que tenía como fin conocer los criterios sobre las fortalezas y debilidades del manejo turístico en Playas.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEcuador offers several and different coast places, which are available used to tourism. As in our country we have easy access to this places, the overture to the entertainment is huge, covering all kinds of tourism. This graduation thesis has the proposal to develop a project, which is formed by the scheme of a vacation build, composed by a lodging space, a commercial field and entertainment ground. This project is designed for the middle class. The project will be located in the km 9 1/2 Vía Data, to design the draft we made market researching, analyzing the proposal viability; waterside development assay assuring your tourism infrastructure, through the techniques used. Furthermore, it was considered the touring attractives like; party, celebration, gastronomy and so on. Also it has been accomplished survey information with local people and tourist people over the problems and benefits about the tourism management on beaches.es_ES
