Conocimientos sobre psicoprofilaxis del parto en el personal de salud, del Hospital Homero Castanier Crespo. Azogues, 2018.

Abstract

Background. - Psychoprophylaxis is a tool that consists of the comprehensive preparation of the pregnant woman to achieve optimal conditions for the mother and the baby. This education and training has become very important in the life of pregnant women giving positive results in perinatal health. (1) Objective. - Determine the knowledge about psychoprophylaxis of childbirth in the health personnel of the Hospital Homero Castanier Crespo. Azogues 2018. Materials and methods. - The research is of a quantitative - descriptive type with a cross - sectional design. We worked with the total universe of 50 participants, that is, with the total number of people working in the area of Gynecology at the Homero Castanier Crespo Hospital. For the execution of this study, the survey was applied based on 2 studies published in the year 2017 Lima - Peru, "Level of knowledge about psychoprophylaxis and degree of application of pregnant women - Health Center" Viña Alta ", La Molina 2010 - 2011 "Author Gomero M. Inés and" Level of knowledge about obstetric psychoprophylaxis in puerperal women treated at the Hospital Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz, 2017 "author Figueroa E Jhovana, Eileen NM. Results - The results were processed through the SPSS program, version 22, and for the statistical analysis of the information, tables, graphs, frequencies, percentages, simple bars and cakes were used. It was concluded that, of the total number of participants, through a three-point rule, a score of 40% was obtained, "Very Good", 28% "Good", 16% "Outstanding" and "Excellent" 16%.
