Abstract
Degree work is part of the research project “Method of Certification of Sustainable Housing Construction” Contest winner XIII Research Project at the University of Cuenca.
The thesis presents a study and analysis of environmental, construction and energy factors of five homes in the city of Cuenca, to give has to know: type of housing, construction system and thermal transmittance of the envelope (U factor), also using the (NEC11) energy eficiency chapter be known that housing complies with current regulations regarding currently has ambient temperature and minimum internal factors thermal transmittance of the envelope.
With the help of bioclimatic strategies and the use of a suitable construction system it will attempt to correct the problem of indoor environmental comfort.
Resumen
El trabajo de grado forma parte del proyecto de investigación “Método de Certificación de la Construcción Sustentable de la Vivienda” ganador del XIII Concurso de Proyectos de Investigación de la Universidad de Cuenca.
La tesis presenta un estudio y análisis de factores medioambientales, constructivos y energéticos de cinco viviendas de la ciudad de Cuenca, para conocer: tipo de vivienda, sistema constructivo y transmitancia térmica de la envolvente (factor U), además mediante el uso de la (NEC11) capítulo de eficiencia energética se conocerá que vivienda cumple con la normativa vigente actualmente en cuanto: temperatura ambiental interior y factores mínimos de transmitancia térmica de la envolvente.
Con la ayuda de estrategias bioclimáticas y el uso de un adecuado sistema constructivo se intentará corregir el problema de confort ambiental interior.
