| dc.description | Es un trabajo investigativo descriptivo longitudinal, en que se recolectan datos de pacientes internados en el Centro de Reposo y Acciones durante los meses de Julio, Agosto, Septiembre y Octubre del 2002; para luego de su egreso hacer un seguimiento telefónico, cada 15 días, durante 6 meses, recolectando información sobre el tiempo de abstinencia desde su egreso hasta su primera recaída y las causas que llevan a este tipo de percance durante su rehabilitación. Se ha obtenido de una muestra de 100 pacientes, 54 tuvieron recaídas, las edades en las que se presentó este percance es de 40 a 45 años. La mayor cantidad de recaídas se dio en pacientes oriundos de la provincia del Azuay, estado civil casado y de profesión agricultores; el tiempo de abstinencia hasta la primera recaída es de 60 a 69 días. Las causas más comunes para una recaída es la laboral, el tiempo que generalmente ingieren alcohol durante una recaída es de 4 días. La mayor parte de pacientes que recaen no socitan ayuda | es_ES |
